The concerned citizen who wrote this slander about Palm Beach Primary Care Associates and Ranjita Sharma is a digruntled vindictive employee who lacks the knowlede and education to work in a medical practice. This employee has been constantly rude to patients and intimidates them with her body language and unpleasant voice. This employee is unable to get along with staff who have been in the practice for several years and is unable to take orders or direction from the office manager. Her insubordinate behavior to the manager is what got her fired. Anywhere else she would have been fired within a few days but we kept her thinking she would improve and wanted to give her a chance. Our entire office is computerized including our medical records and when she started working we were in the process of converting to an EMR.This employee is unable to work with the flow when change takes place. Her lack of computer skills was very evident during training and she was not unable to handle our patient load which was quite normal to the rest of our staff. Patients do wait in our office for an hour because the doctor and the nurse practitioners are thorough in what they do.They EXAMINE the patient and take their time.Infact patients do not mind the wait. Yes, we do double book depending on whether a patient has to be seen right away or not and since most of our patients have complex problems they have to be put in. So our staff and doctor are flexible and understanding regarding this issue. There is no question of overbooking. We always have a full schedule due to the expertise and excellent bed side manners of our physician and nurse practitioners.
As far as payroll never has an employee not been paid for work done. Of course this employee was known to come in late constantly and leave early and lie about it on her time sheet that is based on an honor system instead of a time clock.Wen confronted about it she could not handle it. The office is well staffed as any other medical practice otherwise we could never thrive in the manner in which we are today.Visit us and you will understand.Prescriptions are filled in the day it is called in unles there is a problem with the nature of the prescription and the patient has not been in for a required follow up. The only employee stressed out was the one who wrote this slander against this company since she is equipped with ZERO skills that have resulted in her being fired from various jobs. The Insurance companies do have our proper address since they conduct a site review ever two years and we have been in the same location for 16 years until we moved in 2008.The employee was fired in the summer of 2008 just before our move. Our doctor only refers when necessary because his indepth training and acute clinical skills allows him to diagnose varied problems that sometimes a specialist may even overlook. Of course this employee has no idea as to why primary care physicians refer. Medicine has changed over the years and the way a practice is run has changed. Her ignorance shows right through. The disorganization of thought and actions prevents this employee from taking orders and working with accountability. The staff in this company has been very happy except for this one disgruntled employee that often fought with her peers and had a glum and sullen attitude towards people and work. She was a time bomb waiting to explode. Our phones are picked up all the time and everyone in our office pitches in.We have a high volume of calls and if the lines are not picked up they do go to voicemail. Our fax has never had a problem. Yes,the doctor works with area nursing homes and rounds on patients in a systematic manner every week.If the nursing home is cited it is not due to the doctor but due to administrative issues in the nursing home over which a doctor may not have control. It is the same scenario if a hospital is cited. The ignorance of this employee comes through in her statements she has made against the doctor, the office manager and the practice. This office is definitely not a place for lazy people who want to get paid for sitting and complaining. This is a fast paced office that has staff that are intelligent, hardworking and can think and move on their feet quickly.
The only person that lacked the ability to use the computer program is the employee who wrote this and no amount of training could have helped her becase she lacks basic knowlede and skills needed for a medical office. Unfortunately this employee is a ROLLING STONE THAT GETS KICKED OUT OF EVERY ORGANIZATION even before she starts. The doctor on the other hand continues to build his practice and thrive from it. The office manager continues her job and delegates work to staff members who perform efficiently.
