Konica Minolta Extremely Poor Customer Service - No Care Attitude Houston, Texas |
5th of Oct, 2011 by User807114 |
There have been several problems through out or lesae first Konica could not supply a satisfactory machine our machine was maintenanced and finally when that machine could not be repaired a lessor model i.e., a c253 to a c203 was provided to us (with no break in price - which Konica refused to adjust) Finally the end of our lease period came and we discovered that there was a 90 day notice of intent to terminate (this was illegible on the copy we where provided of our contract) I have that copy - again Konica refused to work with our company. So again in an effort to just move on we accepted defeat and moved on. ]] Finally notice having been given and end of contract according to Konica I find that we cannot return the machine until a serial number exchange is provided to CIT, according to CIT this exchange form should have been submitted at the time the machine was swapped Konica again failed to do what they were supposed to i.e., send the exchange form on teh copier (AT THE TIME THE MACHINE WAS EXCHANGED as CIT advised me Konica is supposed to do) and as always the attitude you get is oh that's to bad we'll try to get that done for you which Konica did by forcing us to sign an exchange form saying that we had accepted the switch which quiet frankly I did not want to sign but this thing (copier) needs to get out of this office!!!!!! If at the time the copier was swapped Konica had ask that we sign the form I don't think there would have been a problem. In any case finally the exchange was sent to CIT and allegadely the machine is scheduled for pickup. The problem I have is the level of customer service throughout the lease period and now the charges from CIT due to the fact that exchange was not sent. It is apparant that Konica (at least their representatives that I have delt with don't really care, want to hear about it or deal with you it has been a battle throughout the whole lease I want other companies to know what they can expect from Konica/CIT |
