DO NOT BUY PAINT-ZOOM !!! RUN !!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT !! I HAD TO MAKE THIS KNOWN TO THE PUBLIC. PAINT ZOOM IS THROWING OUT THERE FALSE ADVERTISING INFOMERCIALS. I HAVE SEEN THE PAINT ZOOM IN ACTION AND IS NOTHING LIKE IT SHOWS ON TV. THE LITTLE MACHINE IS VERY LOUD ONE STARTERS ! ALSO THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT YOU CANNOT JUST PUT THE PAINT RIGHT OUT OF THE CAN OR BUCKET INTO THE PAINT ZOOM BECAUSE IT WILL NOT WORK. YOU FIRST HAVE MIX THE PAINT WITH A BUNCH OF WATER AND THAT WILL MAKE THE PAINT FINE ENOUGH FOR THE PAINT ZOOM TO HANDLE. THEY DO NOT SHOW THAT ON THE COMMERCIAL ! AND I DONT THINK I EVEN HAVE TO TELL YOU WHAT ARE THE MANY PROBLEMS OF MIXING PAINT WITH WATER. PAINT ZOOM ALSO DOES NOT COVER THOROUGHLY WITH JUST ONE SPRAY, YOU HAVE TO BE THERE A LONG TIME LIKE WITH A REGULAR SPRAY CAN. BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THIS IS, A SPRAY CAN AND IT DOES NOT WORK ANY BETTER. ANOTHER FALSE ADVERTISEMENT FROM THE COMMERCIALS IS THAT IN THE COMMERCIAL (YOU CAN WATCH IT ON YOUTUBE) IT SHOWS THAT A PERSON PAINTED AN ENTIRE NISSAN FRONTIER TRUCK WITH PAINT ZOOM BUT IN THE 1ST PAGE OF THE MANUAL IT CLEARLY SAYS "NOT FOR AUTOMOTIVE USE " AND I SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE AND SHE CONFIRMED THAT YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO PAINT ANY CAR PARTS WITH PAINT ZOOM. THEN I WENT ON AND TOLD HER THAT IT SHOWED A MAN DOING IT IN THE COMMERCIAL AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD A SECOND CONVERSATION THAT I HAD WITH A REPRESENTATIVE BELOW: Jessica: Hi, I’m Jessica, a Paint Zoom Specialist. What questions can I answer for you today?

Jessica: Our PaintZoom System is for household use only.
You: SO HOW COME IN THE COMMERCIAL IT SHOWS A MAN PAINTING AN ENTIRE NISSAN FRONTIER.
You: WOULD YOU LIKE THE WEBSITE SO YOU CAN SEE THE COMMERIAL?
You: I WOULD CALL THIS FALSE ADVERTISING

I totally agree. Its a BAD product. Scamming company..DO NOT BUY...You've been warned...
To add to the above...When i checked my credit card statement, it was MORE than what i paid...Even using PayPal didn't protect me from the seller dipping his hands into my account and charging and additional 18$. When I called and asked why...
The Representative (Rep) With a calm Indian accent...
Me: Why did you take an extra 18$ from my account?
Rep: But this is company policy sir, you have to pay tax!
ME: But how could you access my account and take another 18$ without my authorization?
Rep: Sorry sir, But this is company policy.
Me: We do have customs offices here u know (Quebec). And that's who we pay tax to...What you are doing is illegal.
Rep:Please hold for 2 minutes...
5 minutes later...
Rep: Sorry for letting you wait sir...How can i help you?
Me: You withdrew money from my account with out telling me?
Rep: I am sorry sir. This is company policy.
Me: Thank you...And hanged up.
I still feel bad about saying "THANK YOU" to him.
Filed a clame with PayPal, hope they will take action... |

| Has anyone had credit card fraud after buying this? I didnt read this until after I had ordered one well they sent me two and charged me for two. But days after this transaction went thru on my credit card, I had charges to places like Jake Wilson for I guess Motorcycle stuff show up. There was nothing different on my credit card except for this place. So I had to cancel my card. I had done the 3 payments; well they have yet to call about my card being declined and now I am getting threatening collection notices. So my fiance will be calling today, because they are not getting any more of my financial information again. |
