Pacific Lending Corporation Capital Networking Solutions COMPLETE SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!!! Northridge, California |

I am at my wits end!! I had originally been contacted by Capital Networking Solutions in August about Home Insurance Leads that were guaranteed to be 100% interested, spoken to the day before getting the lead so they knew I was calling, only sold to me, and 100% guaranteed sold (meaning if I could not sell them it would be replaced). I purchased 25 Home Leads at $240.00 from an Andrew Herrmann (extension 206). They took about two weeks to process my information and send me my first leads. The first leads were from all over the state and not my area. This took another week to get straightened out. Upon calling the leads there were fax #’s, disconnected #’s, people who didn’t own, and people who were not interested in a quote. I kept returning them in and they would send me new ones right away (thought they were calling these people)? They started flooding me with them and me and my staff called everyone multiple times and turned them back in. Then the leads stopped coming in. I tried calling but the numbers were disconnected and nobody was returning my emails. Today I received a call from Rick from Pacific Lending Corp., he had the exact same sales pitch. I told him I had my doubts because it sounded like a company I got burned on before. He said he had no clue what I was talking about. The area codes were the same so I said I would look into it. I called back and entered Andrew Herrmann’s extension and got his voicemail. So I left a message for Andrew to call me back. This irritated me more so I called back to speak with Rick about knowing they are a scam. This is when a girl answered the phone. I asked to speak with customer service and she said that she was off until Monday morning, I asked for a manager and was told they were in a meeting, asked for Rick and he too was in a meeting. I asked her if everyone was in a meeting and she condescendingly said yes. But she took my name and number for someone to call. Everyone needs to stay away from these companies because they are a scam. |

I'm wanting to file a grievance with the attorney generals office for Texas and California |

I have a P&C agency in Florida and I also purchased internet leads from Pacific Lending Corp but from someone who said there name was David Sanchez. Or tried to I should say because what they delivered was a collection of people who had never heard of Pacific Lending Corp or David Sanchez. and who were not shopping for insurance or expecting my call. But that was not the worst part, the worst part was that despite their assurances to the contrary, including writing directly above my signature line, "this is a one-time non-recurring purchase" they have repeatedly tried to re-debit my bank account to withdraw funds despite our repeated emails to the contrary. The street addresses on their website are bogus and the phone numbers are not in service. I have filed a police report locally and consider them to be scam artists offering nothing of any value. |
