Vanderbilt Mortgage Insurance scam; raise my payment no proof of this supposed coverage maryville, Tennessee |

I have tried everything to make this company do the right thing, they are liars and thieves, they have upped my payment for supposed insurance. I have my own insurance and pay my taxes, I know have a letter and email full of lies from them. They stated I put my land up for collateral on this home, with both my husband and I signature, I never put my land up, I put a down payment and my husband wasn't even with me when I purchased this home, he signed no documents, he wasn't even there when I went to the closing, the purchase price of the home was more then I agreed on and the home was brought out almost a month before I signed any documents. But I have a letter they responded to from a government agency full of lies about the purchase and contract of my home. They say and have no proof of claim, that I never kept up my insurance on my home. I've had continual coverage of my home, refuse and cannot produce this supposed letter from my canceled insurance company. The coverage they are billing for is from over 4 years ago, I'm trying to locate an attorney that will sue on my behalf for fraud and misrepresentation of fact. They can not charge and ruin my credit for false allegations with out the proof for those allegations, if any one has an attorney who can represent me for fraud, because I have and had insurance and never had an issue with my account until they took over from Oakwood Acceptance, now all of a sudden these b**tards have lost payments, misposted and dumb a**es can never find my insurance declarance pages that the insurance company has to send 3-4 times before they receive it. And yes they are thieves they are nasty and rude to people, I don't give them any information because of the harassment of their nasty employees, even HOPE say they were the worst and nasty people they ever dealt with. I got a loan mod after I threaten them for refusal on assistance and instead of having a 18 year note, I'm back to a 30 year notes and all the extra payments I have made on this account have not been applied towards my principal, and if you want an accounting of your payments you have to pay $50 for each year of proving they misapplied payments. They are scam artist and really need to be punish for their misdeeds!!! Anyone now a good attorney to represent me let me know !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

This company is a branch of clayton homes which is owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Berkshire Hathaway is basically owned by the famous Warren Buffet. After reading many complaints about Vanderbilt Mortgage I was disappointed to discover Buffet owned it, as I thought he was a bit more moral than what is reflected in these complaints. My research into Vanderbilt first ensued because of a strange conversation I had with a Vanderbilt rep., after she left a message on my phone for a person unknown to me. Today I had the pleasure to awake to another curt message from her about this unknown person even after I told her to stop calling my number!
I feel like I'm on the verge of being harassed by this stupid company with which I'll never do business. I also probably won't buy See's candy again! |
