i bought a 250ml bottle of injectable vitamin b complex from OZBO.COM , when i received the item i noticed the expiration date is less than 2 months away. i contacted them at [email protected] to let them know about the issue.. they wanted me to ship the item back to them, but after paying $14 for the item, i'm not willing to spend $5 to ship the item back and spend another $5 to have them ship another one back to me.. when in the first place if they sent a bottle that did not expire in less than 2 months i would not have this problem, that is why i think they're a scam, and not trustworthy .. |

OZBO.COM Stating orders ship out within 24 hours. This is not rue.
I had couple orders shipped quickly and a few other waited almost a week to be shipped. All items I ordered were in stock and all of them marked shipped quickly or ship in 24 hours. One item in my last order came broken. I tried to order once again thinking that my previous bad experience was a coincidence. And again my order not shipped for 8 full days (6 business days). I am not sure when I will see the stuff I ordered. Customer service promised me a few days ago that my order will be shipped on the 8th day (of my order);unfortunately, it is not. I will advice my friends to shop at other stores and not Ozbo |

My recent and first order said it'd ship in 24 hours.. a week later, I emailed asking why the tracking still looked like it wasn't shipped. Also I live TWO HOURS from their location apparently, so I expected to get it right away. They got back to me saying it was backordered. I ordered it 10 days ago and will have to wait another 10 days until they ship it... if that date even holds true.
If it was backordered, they should have emailed me right away to let me know there would be a delay... especially such a BIG delay. The item is still listed as in stock on their website too.
Sucks, I was so happy to find them. |

After a less than good experience with a first order, we decided to give Ozbo the benefit of the doubt and place a second order. We ordered some dog toys that showed "in stock, ships within 24 hours" as the item status. Our credit card was charged and we waited and waited for a shipping update. After a week of no update and the order still showing "to warehouse" we contacted Ozbo. We received a reply the next day that none of the items we ordered are available and that they will credit our credit card which might take 3-5 business days. Wondering how long their company would have left this order sit and left our credit card charged if we hadn't contacted them. It really makes me question their business practices. Still waiting to see the refund. This is the last time we will ever deal with this company! Buyer beware, if shipping and prices seem too good to be true, they probably are! |

I purchased treat flip an puzzle which did not capture my dogs attention and the Wiley both were purchased on 10/26/11. The Wiley is destroyed regardless of your advertisement of strong durable material. Both items are on return. Order no. 103-5001114-5893015. |
