Kevin Kemp I believe is now going by Kevin Kent... Has to be the same guy. I just got ripped- off for an iphone app. I needed developed.
$1,600 was sent fed-ex to him FED Ex to an Orlando Address. He is a typical scam artists.... He knows enough about programming and development to make you think he is for real. His last email to me:

Most of the Tweets seem to be filler, with the user mentioning he needs a certain number to PM as well as a lot that read “Testing t-code”. There’s also this Tweet: “@BJS22 Hi Belinda! I sure miss Ft. Sam Houston sometimes – Kevin” confirming who the user is.
