Zero service, yopu dont get anything you pay for

After joining 6 figure Program, (see posted comment) I got emails and a phone call from Prosper. The 2 companies are together.
Prosper first wanted thousands of dollars, I thought i had done well to get their "course" for $400.
They give you a virtual classroom, with videos that you soon tire of, as you can see better on you tube for free. They say there is a live chat service, I could never find it.

They do not call you back when you leave messages on their answer machines.
They do not answer any questions.
They do not teach you ANYTHING. You get no mentoring, and the only feedback I was able to extract from them about my website was "It looks better than most". It probably does, as I put in several hundred hours work on it, but it is no thanks to 6 figure or prosper.
Their course is a joke if you are with 6 figure program, it is not possible to complete.
Why? - because you cannot change your page header, or print any text as it should be as your website editor is so poor when it works at all.
The header is fine if you are selling credit cards, education or fat reduction, but if you have a travel site, pet site, motor site etc it looks real silly, and a customer will not buy from it. The 6 figure guys are obsessed with selling credit cards, as you quickly come to notice in your "training videos".
Prosper will not do anything to help you, and will claim they did not get your emails/calls etc.

The paperwork at the start specifically states you will get no refund.
I GOT A FULL REFUND WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DEMANDING IT.
I told them I wanted the refund as I they had not provided anything I had paid for.
They sent an email, saying they are sorry I had so many issues and refunded it! Result.

I started this project last November, and worked hard and long hours. I am more angry at the wasted hours I put in than any lost cash.
Last week, I paid a young professional to give a critique on my website. He sent me a video critique, and has continued to send me useful tips and advice. He is Andy at http://www.salesboostcopywriter.com/ and I got more useful advice from him than both 6 figure and Prosper, at a fraction of the price. He also put me in touch with a training course by three lovely down to earth Aussie guys at www.thechallenge.com. Nothing to lose there - these guys are great and the course is FREE! I now am starting a new site on advice from Andy, and training with the challenge. My new site will have a FREE Wordpress editor that can make a beautiful job of your site, and You Tube has loads of FREE training videos on how to use it.

There is a living and salary to be made at this, you just have to be with the right people, ignore ANY get rich quick sales hype, do the training as for any other job and get on with it!
