I tried using OwnerWiz to find a home to buy, as they said they could help me. But all they did was take my money and did nothing. I writing to let people know they shoud contact the United States of America Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC 20580 to get them out of the buiness of ripping people off. I have found many complaints about this company by looking at Google.com. Had I known this in the begenning I would not have even tried to contact them. They promise so much but do nothing but take your money. They keep putting you off saying things like we are working very hard to get you a home, but they never do. Someone needs to stop them. The BBB has had a lot of complaints about this comany but they are still in buiness taking money from people. So Please contact the United States of America Federal Trade Commission, Washington, DC 20580 and stop them in their tracks

This is a scam. I paid $109.00. I called to cancel membership and they told me it's non refundable. So I asked them to help me get a home because I keep getting blocked from going on to the next step that is required to get a home. There are serveral steps. I was able to get my credit score under a free 7-day trial period. If I did not cancel it, I would pay $40.00 a month. So after I got my credit score, I cancelled it. I could not get Ownerwiz to receive my score and revolving debt, because I keep getting blocked. When I called to cancel, they were very nice and helpful, telling me it's not refundable and that they will have someone call me to help me and that I can just by pass the credit score part and go on to the next step. I called them back and gave them the address of the homes I was interested. They told me, they will call me. 5 days pass and still no one has called. My dream house will probably be bought by someone else.

I knew from th very first time I talked to their so called, "repair credit lawyers" they were scammers. How? I am glad you asked, they were more concern about getting money from me rather than assisting me in repairing my credit. They will talk nice at the beginning, and later they become predictable and arrogant. I will never suggest for anyone to deal with OwnerWiz Rent to Own. They only wants your money!! Scammers at best!! I've decided to repair my own credit as suggested by an realator. Thank you Jesus I did not buy into their game.
