I got blended by a website called consumerwarningsreport.com which brought me to onlinetradetraining.com. I paid 97$ and after receiving their "programme" (you only get the information after purchase) I immediately realized that this is a total scam. I revisited that page consumerwarningsreport.com again and a closer look showed off that this page is set up by onlinetradetraining itself. Afterwards I found numerous reports of others that also got fooled and the procedure they follow is always the same. I requested a refund immediately after purchase via email. I also told them not to send any hardcover book, as mentions in the ToS. They replied: "How many pages of the certification manual have you read? We require our students to read the certification manual, speak to their mentors, and actually trying to apply themselves before we can offer a refund. I have been assigned as your mentor. Every student who has applied themselves in our program has secured a link posting position, and I am sure we can do the same with you as long as you put some effort into it. Once you answer my question, I'll put together an action plan to get you started off in the right track." I told them that I am not able to take part in this program due to missing language skills as I am not native speakin english. I only wish to get a refund according to theier terms of service. Next answer I got was: "We will process a full refund upon receipt of the hardcover book we sent out to you. If you have any further questions about posting links or the link posting certification, please do not hesitate to reply to this email with your questions. Best Regards, Mark Bradley Online Trade Training, LLC " After I complained that I already told them after the purchase not to send any book they wrote: It was sent out 24 hours after you created your account and it was sent via the post office. It should arrive within 1-2 weeks upon registration. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information: https://www.onlinetradetraining.com/terms30.html When you receive the book, please send it back and we'll offer a full refund. I doubt that I'll ever get a book so they can easily avoid giving a refund. But I will do everything I can to warn others. |

Sounds like a case of "You didn't read what you should have read". Read their Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page. It says you have to try the program and get a mentor first. Doesn't sound like a scam to me. |
