On December 27th of last year I purchased 50 "fine" or better Morgan Silver Dollars. Three of them had red and or green paint or whatever on them and seven were in less than fine condition. The instructions for returning items ask that you call 1-800-452-4381, for a return authorization number. This I did four times during January giving them a weak or so to contact me. The first of February I called one of the numbers for the sales department and spoke with a live person. He said he has never heard of this occurring before and would make sure someone called me back, but no one did. At this point I do not trust National Collector's Mint Inc. at all and would not return the the defective items for fear they would not follow through with a proper refund or exchange. So beware, if you plan to purchase any items from them, its AS IS WITH NO RETURNS EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS!
