Received a call from lady named "Dixie Martin" she said her company was going out of business and needed to clean off the shelves. She gave an extremely low price per Unit. I found it hard to believe, but told her that if she would send me something in writting and the price was good I would issue a purchase order. Instead I received 5 boxes, 39lbs each, of supplies with a packing slip, no price. I called 2 days later and ask why I received these goods and was told that I had ordered it. Finally convinced them to fax me an invoice so I could see if we wanted them. I received an almost $1,500.00 invoice by fax and immediately called them and told them I did not want, nor did I order. The rude lady insisted that I did order and if I wanted to return them she would issue a return authorization but I would have to pay the freight. I refused to pay freight and I have sent them a certified letter. Waiting on reply. |

We received one box, 31 pounds. The Attorney General's Office said we are not obligated to pay for the items and instructed us to write "REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER" on the box AND on the invoice, and send them back. If they are unopened, the post office will ship them back at no charge to you. If you open them, you have to pay postage to ship back. - DO NOT USE OMNI SERVICES IN GAINESVILLE, TX - |

Same thing is happening to us. They gave us very low prices that we couldn't refuse, but we told them we wanted an invoice sent prior to shipping. They said that would not be a problem and that I should receive it in an email in 3-4 days. 5 days later we received 11 boxes of supplies with an invoice sealed in the box for over $6000. The prices they gave us were correct, but the quantity sent was not (ex:) 5 items but 5 cases of the items.
We contacted them and they lowered the price to $4000, however, we still can't afford that either. We were expecting maybe $1000. In order to ship them back, the company stated they would not pay for return shipping even though we did not order them.
Called the attorney general and they stated we have a valid complaint and suggested we file a complaint through their department. Still waiting for the outcome or to hear back from Omni Services in Gainesville Texas. |

The same thing happened to us. The girl was misleading, said she would drop an invoice off in a few days. Led me to believe the price was per pack or carton, when in reality it was per item. My p.o. was for $117 and their invoice was for $2, 998.77. When I called I a receptionist answered and told me she would switch me to my sales rep. A minute later the sales rep. picked up, I am pretty sure it was the same person, but disguising her voice. I am going to contact the attorney general's office. I can't believe these people have a business license. This company is a total scam. |

I'm going thru this now. What should I do? Do I pay to ship it back? I've been given an invoice for $7, 000! It's office supplies! I'm floored. She quoted me a much lower price and quantity. Now I have 8 boxes to pack up and ship?!? |

I've also had the same experience. I can't believe I got taken in a scam! We were expecting the shipment, so it was opened and items were taken out when it arrived. Then the invoice comes after 5 days with the incredible price of $2069 instead of the $390 I was expecting. Now I need to gather up the items that had already been taken out of the boxes, then ship back? I've called the company 2 days running, saying I'm not paying until I hear from them - but still no response. |
