A month ago we were contacted by OMNI-CARE Group Inc. They asked us to give them an esimate to fix a sign for a store, that is one of their clients. We gave them an estimate and my company employee went and looked at what the problem was and how much to fix it. OMNI-CARE Group Inc. told us that we could fix it for them.
We had to order a part for the sign to get it fixed, so it took about a week to get the part in. As soon as we received the part, my employee went and fixed the sign. We did everything that we was told to do.
I emailed the workorder and our invoice to them for parts and labor. A week went by and we were told that the check would be in the mail for the services we completed for them. We never received payment and when I have attempted to contact our client, she would not return our calls or emails. It's like that got what they wanted but, now they don't want to pay us.
I have also contacted the CEO of OMNI-CARE Group Inc. and he told me 2 weeks ago the check was in the mail, never received it again. Well last week, he told me the same thing and we have not received it as of yet. I have called and emailed them and have not heard anything back from them.
We are not wanting to take legal action, but it looks like that is what we are going to have to do. If I ran our company like this, we would be out of business quick!!!!!!! It is just a shame that companies do this to people.

The same thing happened to me. I was contacted by S.(Stuart) Neil Ford Jr. that he needed a job done yesterday and that price was not an object. His Client needed a fitting room done in a mall store, and it needed to be completed by that Friday for inspection. I gave him my quote for hourly. I should have known that when he said it was too low and it needed to be raised, I might have problems. I did the work, everyone was happy, sent in my invoice, and then never heard from anyone for 2 weeks. I got a hold of his secretary; Jennifer Schrimshaw and was told Neil was on vacation for 2 weeks. I said that my invoice is due upon receipt and she said she had it but could not authorize payment. I asked to contact Neil for payment and was hung up on, ignored, lied to, ... I finially spoke briefly to S. Neil Ford Jr. again and he said the amount was too much. the client would not accept it. Then more weeks gone by, back and forth, the client files for Bankrupsy, and neil says he will Not pay till he gets paid . 4 years later, I still out $4000.00.
After the fact, I have learned that this is the way he opperates with many people. He has been taken to court many times, even by the government. How can he be still in business???? I have called the police, sheriff, county, bbb, attorney general, lawyers, collectors, ... no one will touch him????

| We are having the same experience with Neil Ford and Omnicare. Our invoices to them go unpaid for months and Ford is such an unprofessional idiot he's too chicken to take his debtor's phone calls. He gave me his cell phone number to do a job so here it is if you're one of the many that he's indebted to. 727-409-9670 He also uses a different company name than Omnicare - He uses Service Anywhere. He's a real scam artist, living off other peoples money. We called the stores where we did work and found out that he had been paid months ago for OUR WORK. So we're putting mechanical liens on the stores where we did work. Do the same and teach this idiot a lesson. |
