| Recieved letter from my credit card company advising of two seperate charges .One for$5.99 and the second for $95.00 that they believed were fraud. Payment was for a Omax (Volvado watch) that i had recieved. I had not authorized this order and called Omax at888-5280-632. I recieved the normal run-around. I was advised that they would refund $45.000 as the time limit on the order was past. I found that a pop-up had been filled out by Juvnl family member so i am stuck. This company is a scam and will send you additional watches every month and you will be charged $45.00 for each.plus postage.Beware and notify your credit card to stop all and any payment to this company. |

OMAX or QMAX watch company, what and who ever they are have a pretty neat little scam going on. I am not sure how I stumbled into it, but it took me a while to 'catch' on. I have been distracted in recent months trying to recover from alcoholism, a heart attach and a DUI - the last two putting me in the hospital for a while. Somehow, I filled out something online - I believe in was on Amazon, and it was a popup for a survey, which promised a free gift at the end. I think I was not sober, and thought it was an Amazon thing, so ok. Well, over the next few months, watches started to show up - I thought free and also thought - what the heck! Nothing is for free. I finally today was able to look at my finances and discovered they have been taking $49.99 out of my checking account. I called the company and the 'gentleman' promised to cancel my 'subscription'. I think I will also change my bank card to be safe.

| I also got scammed from this company When I called after they took out an additional $95.00 from credit card, I could not get that returned. I did however cancel any further deliveries of watches. It is a nice looking watch and I thought for a total of $100. it would make a nice gift. Not sure what the true value . Never in the advertisement did it mention about buying future watches or additional money owed. |

I was also trick into this rip of while using amazon, i was told to answer a serve for a free gift an pay only shiping of $5.99 when i receive my statment it was gharge
$7.99 which i never receive any thing, than i receive my second statement it was charge $95.00 i called the number on my statement it was a third person which they have no contact with Omax only email, which give me a mickey story my credit card is working on it, they told their is a charge pending $49.95 i cancel my card i am waiting a repely from my credit company, Be aware shoping on Amozon . |

| JUST GOT SCAMED FROM THIS SAME COMPANY..WAS TOLD I ONLY HAD TO PAY 5.99 SHIPPING AND HANDEING FOR A $95 WATCH...CHARGED FOR THE 5.99 THEN TURNED ARD AND CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE PRICE OF THE WATCH...MY BANK IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING THIS COMPANY...SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO PUT GET THINGS FOR A BENEFIT FOR A FRIEND WHO HAS LEUKEMIA THIS JUST KILLED ME BY THE TIME ALL THE OVER DRAFT FEES HIT! | I was also became victim of this company scam. A pop up came while during surfing website. Same thing Please take survey and will send you a free watch and you pay only shipping and receiving. I am sure there was no other agreement showed up. So I gave my credit card number and I did get a watch. Then my credit card bill came and they charged $95. So I called the number and same story that you were suppose to call within 14 days to avoid this charge and cancel the membership. She read the document which I did not see when I order watch as a gift of taking survey. After lot of negotiating, they agreed to refund $50.00 but I would believe only after I see. I am going to call my credit card company and complain. Please be aware of this type of survey scam. There are robbers who are looking to become rich quick!. |

| My husband had the same problem, only his survey was following his bank session. We took pictures, since the page can't be printed, and will be visiting our bank about this problem. Under the terms and conditions, before you give out our credit card information, it does mention a 14 day trial and monthly payments and additional shipments. The point here though, is where is the free gift come in to play that everyone has been promised from these people sending the surveys out over the internet. |

| if you get scammed you can sue them for fruad .If you threaten this like i did they will buckle and give you money .call your local district attorney and tell them qmax is pretending to be conductind surveys for store or companies that are unaware that they are doing this. |
