| I was very suspicious of this internet www.allvetmed.com site AFTER I placed an order, they only had my home phone number, and when I saw that it was a different name , " veterinary mart" than the website, I became suspicious. They kept calling to place my order (i.e. need form of payment which I had not given them yet) they supposedly called my vet ( I never gave them the number) to verify that this was an authorized perscription. When I called my vet, they had never called, but by some "miracle" when veterinary mart called back it was authorized. This is when I became very suspicious. So I never answered the phone when I saw there caller ID. Unfortunately they have been calling me back for over 4 weeks! But thank you to all the people reporting on this company, I did not get ripped off because you reported it and verified my suspicions. | I have beeen trying for several days now to get hold of Chris Smith, the owner of allvetmed.com and have been unsucessful, I have a matter of a botched order to discuss with him, yet everytime I call they tell me he just left the office. Every email I send is diverted by his 2 customer reps jennifer and jessi who respond to my emails pretending to be Mr. Smith, I have asked him to call me since he will not provide a number, something seems very odd about the way this company does business!! |

Did business with Vet Mart. They had the best price for Sentinal. There were no problems. The address the unhappy person tracked down is on their receipt, which is in front of me now...also the phone numbers.
I have no connection with the business and no relationship with anyone there. It is just surprising to see people, who served me so well, get trashed online.
Was I just lucky? |

| Placed order with allvetmed. they said my vet denied the order. my vet said he never talked to them. i have call them and left message 10 times. can never get person only cheap sounding answering machine. the web site sends you on a loop when you try to cancel order. you can't do it. I've been trying to get money back for month. filed with credit card company as a dispute. they shouldn't do business with shady outfits like this one. |

I ordered medication over 3 weeks ago which never shipped. The customer service phone number is a machine - no one ever answers or returns your call. I've tried emailing with no success either. The other writer is correct - there is no way to cancel an order on their website. I'm reporting this company to my local fraud investigation department that handles online scams.
I find it interesting that some company rep is responding to complaints at sites all over the internet. Maybe you should pick up the phone at your business and you'd have fewer complaints.
This place is a scam - do not give them your money - chances are you will not receive anything. What a shame - they had posted a good price on the medication I ordered. Guess it's easy to have better prices when you don't actually deliver anything! |
