| I ordered 5000 email addresses for $24.95 and web based software to send an advertisemen for $35.00. Official Email Markering charged my credit card $24.95 and $135.00 (instead of $35.00). When I attempted to correct the charge I received the following comments from the "Oline Live Chat Customer Sevice": "Your fault", "fuck you", "dick head", "you wont get anything", "I don't want your business", "you are banned from my web site." The charges have not been reversed on my credit card and I am spending an inordinate amount of time disputing the charges. Additionally no email list or software has been delivered. Be cautious or avoid doing business with "OfficialEmailMarketing.com"or "Official Email Marketing" as it is apparently owned and operated by a young vulgar computer geek with no customer service or communication skills. In fact this order was refunded right after the client dispute, we have the up-most integrity and simply declined to have a business relationship with this individual. Alan was deemed to be a customer that could not be satisfied and his money was not accepted and no products were delivered. He was banned from the live chat due to harassment and vulgar language.

I bought a site throughhim.. I did not get orders for a week and he wanted me to spend 80.00 per day instead of 40 for PPC I ws not getting any orders so I could not afford to spend 560.00 and get nothing in return especially after paying him thousands of dollars for the site and another 500 or so to set it up etc..
He is still trying to sell more on a couple of busimesses for sale sites Im sure he sold a few others I would like to know what they say!! |

Rodney Gray of OfficialEmailMarketing.com is a scam artist. I got suckered into buying his bulk email marketing site, which he sells multiple times. He never takes down his ads for the same business. He won't tell you this of course. He promises high quality opt-in lists, site setup and thorough training. "I love to train and teach" as he told me.
First of all, the lists are crap. I tested the business list myself in the bulk email software and the software even flagged it as a poor list. The list had tons of duplicates and email address that didn't even match the businesses. Trust me, I been an email marketer for many years. No one should be selling these lists.
The site has some descent content. That's what made me think it was legit. Upon closer inspection, it's loaded with errors. I was constantly going back and forth with him. He actually made the corrections, so I'll give him that.
This guy is something else. He actually lets you dig a deeper hole by helping you get set up and wasting even more money based on his bogus Adwords training. I didn't place any Ads because I knew he didn't know squat about Adwords. I constantly had to email questions because there was no formal training.
DO NOT listen to anything this guy says or posts. He is a snake. When you see the name Rodney Gray and anything to do with OfficialEmailMarketing.com, run and never look back. |

| No complaint whatsoever. I have an online store website that I am getting established, formerly with the hired work from a website design / marketing firm. That website design firm directed me to Rodney Gray at OfficialEmailMarketing.com. My site was NOT ready due to my web design team, yet I had already paid OfficialEmailMarketing.com for SOFTWARE setup AND a large email list. I wasn't anywhere near ready to begin marketing my online store due to reasons NOT related to OfficialEmailMarketing.com. I simply called Rodney Gray and explained what was going on and he recognized my circumstances and refunded my charges to the credit card. So, my experience with OfficialEmailMarketing.com & Rodney Gray was very good. No, sorry folks, I do not know Rodney Gray personally...he is way the heck up in British Colombia and I live in Texas. |
