Notesupplies Never received item and were never refunded payment, Internet

My husband and I ordered a new Mac keyboard for $60 with shipping from Notesupplies in January 2010. We were notified that the item was out of stock and would be shipped as soon as it was in stock. The item was never shipped (we never received a shipping confirmation), and a few weeks after the order date, we asked to be refunded our money. We were bounced around to a couple different employees at Notesupplies (which I'm convinced were all actually one employee impersonating different departments), and were told that our payment was refunded. We proceeded to check our Paypal account several times over the next few weeks while staying in contact with them, being assured each time that our refund was being processed. Our refund was never processed, and to this day (over a year and a half later), we still haven't gotten our $60 from Notesupplies. We also don't get any responses to our emails. What a terrible, immoral company who has no decency or courtesy to let their customers know what is going on with their orders or their money. Do not ever buy from them. They will only scam you and take your money.
