This company seemed ok at first, didn't have any trouble contacting them or getting issues dealt with. After a couple of weeks in the program I decided to cancel it. I was promised my refund within 30 days, 5 months later I am still trying to get that refund. I call and leave my name and number, they never call back. Sent e-mails, faxed letters, left voice mails for the past 4 months. Just get told that they will contact me. This never happens. I've been able to determine that Eli Smart is the owner of the company, and have requested to talk to him. They can't connect the call and tell me he wil call back. He never does. This company has $800 of my money and they won't give it back. If you are thinking of doing debt settlement, or debt restructure, please ... PLEASE .. don't use this company. I believe they are ripping off customers.

Next Generations is the best thing that ever happen to me. when i signed up for the program it seemed like a scam but after about 9 months of monthly payments my debt has been restructured and i am now paying back my fees to Next Generation. i would recommend anyone to this company

why would you use a company that charges you more money to pay off your debt, i have tried contacting the company they give me the same roll around as User531810. I believe this company is a SCAM do not use!!!

This company is a SCAM, ! They have taken $10, 927 from me and I have gotten NOTHING in return. They have sent no proposals to our creditors in 12 months and we continued to have hope that they would do as they said they would. I was instructed to call the original guy who signed us up but his number has been disconnected. I've talked to only 3rd party companies because Next Generation Debt WON'T talk to people. This is most certainly a SCAM and we have contacted the Attorney General for California.
