NetSpace Profits sounded really good. The 60 day no questions asked guaranteed gave me the confidence to purchase. So I went in and gave them my credit card and agreed to the $37 dollars to start. However, once they got that money, another level came ( red flag ) up that was not mentioned earlier that implied to really be successful quicker that I needed to upgrade to get 43 pre-made websites that would be my space on the internet that I would lease. Then before I could get going, there was another offer for videos that they said was a must and would not be offered again. So since i had the guarantee, I said okay. I then paid for a domain and year service. So I was ready to go. After I started, there were some things that were not mentioned that made this offer something that I would not do. So I sent an email to cancel and have not heard anything back... Here is the email to Tyler Ericson: Thank you for the opportunity to try this system... Your 60 day guarantee was the only reason i tried it but now I must cancel and ask for a refund. I do believe the learning curve is steep for a beginner.. . Just to point out reasons to cancel... 1. too hard, not technical enough 2. phone numbers are too expensive to maintain one for each site, your info about google is wrong 3. fake addresses on websites are unethical 4. listing all this inaccurate data on yellow pages and similar sites could be illegal 5. Possibility of being banned, so i can not put more than 3 sites on in a week I thought i would be able to be up and running in 14 days however this is a little more than i bargained for. So again, thank you for the 60 day no questions guarantee. I did my research and noticed that Tyler was a good guy. No negative reports at all. So i knew he was a good guy. Please let me know when the refund will take place. I have a few bills that i am waiting to pay and really would appreciate it. - Concerned internet user _________________________________________ I have sent Tyler this email, left it on his answer machine, sent 3 tickets to advise them of situation and no one has responded other than invite me to his other potential scams. I am hoping that they refund my money so I can update this report. I would be beware of anything or anybody this guy is associated with. |

I am in the middle of trying to get satisfaction out of netspaceprofits...I looked the thing over and thought it would add to my portfolio of sites pretty well However the following things were not explained in the sales page
It is set-up to tie you into a hosting account with brainhosts
On the members area there is a box to enter the domain name you want to use
BEWARE OF THIS ONE and "DO NOT ENTER THE DOMAIN NAME" If you do not only will
their system take the domain and register it with brainhosts they also register the same name with another extension:-
In Short For every domain that customers enter Netspaceprofits will create a similar domain with a different extension and Voila They becpome your competition as well...
Very Smart Tyler Erickson Who Cannot be contacted.
I have asked for the software to use my own host and "Larry" sent me a link to filesanywhere that had expired. so no luck their.
It Seems that their Support ticket system is not monitered fully and days pass by without any reply other than the automated "Your message has been noted".
It seems a Shame that such potential is being wasted by bad follow up and Rubbish customer service.
I have given them every opportunity to assist me in my requests.
Since they don't monitor their tickets my words have not been heard
I have copies of all the tickets I have opened and if I do not recieve a reply within the next 48 hrs I will be posting tem on my website for all to see

I am going through the same issue right now with Tyler and his Net Space Profits Program. When I started I put in a trouble ticket for the mastercode and he responded immediately. After 30 days I realize there is a major problem with the system and requested a refund. I did not say anything negative in the ticket. I just explained that he offered a satisfaction guaranteed or refund your money and I said I wanted a refund. He ignored the ticket. I then placed another ticket, very nice and professional request and that too was ignored. I then commented on the tickets I placed and submitted another a couple days later. Once you submit three tickets you cannot submit any more. So I have been commenting on the three tickets and Tyler continues to ignore the request for refund. I will have no choice but to report his program as a scam if he does not respond soon. |

Anyone else who finds themselves in this situation, please go to Clickbank and try to resolve through them and report Tyler and his system to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center as an Internet scam and internet fraud. |
