nalagrace bows I ordered bows fro my newborn 8/14/10 still have not received with no response to my emails wdbg, Virginia

I ordered bows on 8/14/10 for my daughter who was to be born in October, after 2 months I started emailing them to find my order with no response. About 6 months later I got a response that said there was a few orders that were sent back with packaging errors so I should be receiving my order soon, so I patiently waited. Another 2 months went by with nothing, so I sent numerous emails with no response. Here it is almost a year later and I decided to check out the site and see if there was anything goin on, to my surprise the site was shut down. There was contact info for an AMY TURVO a contract service that has been hired to fill the orders so I decided here was my chance, so I emailed her and I was so excited because I actually got a response she apologized and told me that I would have my order by the end of the week, needless to say that was almost a month ago. The site promises to respond to your emails within 48 hours but after the initial email I have tried to contact this AMY TURVO with no response. I spent $40 on bows and never received them or a refund.
