First Automotive F150 Blown Head Gasket Wont Repair Albuquerque , New Mexico

Bought a truck Feb. 2011 one week later the head gasket blew on the truck. The truck was running hot so i shut it off took it to my mechanic called the warranty who said we will pay 2900 which is what it is worth for the truck according to blue book. Then said they ll have someone look at it. So they had the person look at it and then 24 hours later they called my mechanic not me the policy holder and said we arent paying for repairs our mechanic then asked are you going to call the policy holder and they said theres no need for that. So dealing with the dealership who called the bank and the bank then filed a claim against the warranty which also failed and they also denied it. So we called ourselves and so did the dealership and they said by the pictures the head gasket was warped 2000 nths and it needs to be warped 1000 nths and the head was cracked. It clearly states all these parts are covered. They quit contacting us for a few days. I have been out of a vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks. They also came up with another reasoning there not paying which is i ran it hot, its not a head gasket the mechanic is lying and this new warped sh--. So we went to dealer and they said we can have it done by our mechanic. Well at our mechanic s its costing 4300. At the dealerships its 1500. This company sucks dont even bother with them i drove the truck 400 miles.
