I placed an order Sep 21. The charge was posted to my credit card Sep 23. I did not get an email confirmation of the order and the merchandise (fish oil) never arrived. After about 3 weeks I managed to get a live person on the phone. He said this was a back order. Ten more days passed. After waiting on hold about half an hour, I asked for a refund and was promised that it would be taken care of. After 11 days, there was not refund on my credit card. I tried to call again yesterday. The only phone number I could find on the web site was 1-800-369-1039. That phone number had been disconnected. I couldn't find any other number. Right now, I saw another number on the site. In any case, I asked the credit card company to dispute the charge and they will. The phone number I managed to reach earlier had several options which led to a voice which referred me to the web site. The only option which led to a live person was 'to place an order', and it was accompanied by a warning that I would not get any information on my order under that option. There is supposed to be an option on the web site which shows the status of an order. However, I did not have an order number so I couldn't use it - if it's working at all. I think the company has been acquired by Yahoo and is currently in transition. There is no customer service and at least in my case - no merchandise. Beware!
