MyChoice Business Services Economic Freedom Corp scammers in Surprise, Arizona
21st of Jun, 2011 by User151529
MyChoice Business Services (.com) is the same company as Economic Freedom Corp, the company featured in the video link. Economic Freedom Corp took down their websites and disconnected their phone numbers and had to shut down because of too many complaints. MyChoice Business Services is the same group of people, I even saw the origional website of EFC and it's similar to the website at MyChoice Business Services.com http://www.azfamily.com/news/consumer/Valley-business-accused-of-ripping-off-customers-for-tens-of-thousands-of-dollars-122197574.html

Wow they shut down without notifying me. I've been with them since August or September, but every time when I have leads they never call them. I always called them to find out what is going on. Nothing at all. I haven't got paid but losing money. Until this month I tried to called them but their phone has been disconnected. Rodger who works there was handling my leads but he never called me back. Since that business went out, is it possible if I can get my many back? Let me know or e-mail me [email protected]

Does the Attorney General of Arizona read these...
If so can't they help to get our money back!!!
I invested $30, 000.00 with these thieves!!!
How in God's name can we get LEGAL, HONEST help?????????

You can't trust anybody anymore.

But my main concern is how did they get our phone numbers since most of us are on Social Security Disability or a veteran...is somebody selling them our contact information knowing that we are vulnerable!!!

I agree these people are scammers. I spoke with Justin on 08/04/11 referred as "General Manager" requesting for my refund ($5, 000.00 purchased leads) but he referred me to the contract that a refund will not be issued and to make matters worse they are not running the "advertising campaign" because I opened a dispute against their company. He also indicated he will not be concerned even though this issue is reported to the Attny General's office. Therefore, they are forcefully keeping my money...how interesting!!! This is flat out a SCAM!!! Here are more people in my choice business services that are involved in the SCAM and phone numbers; Danielle 702-297-6776; Shawn Powers 702-357-4963; Danie Stone 702-357-4946; Robert 888-807-7740. Why do we have these people still running around? They should be in jail!!!

Just to let you people know, if you contact your credit card company that you listed with My Choice Busines Services and tell them that you have requested a refund and that they stop charging your card, by law (FCC regulations) after you fill out a form they are required to reverse the charge and stop the monthly charge. I hope this is helpful. With today's economic situtation everyone is eager to do what ever it takes to make extra income. May I suggest that before you give any company your bank/or credit card information just search that company on the internet (ask.com, yahoo.com, google.com or bing.com - of course you have to use the whole url for each [http://www.XXX.com}) and just look at what other people are saying and you will find that like the old people used to say, "If it seems to good to be true, it probably is".
God Bless You,

Glad I found this site! Just got off the phone with "Bernard" listened to their sales pitch message and to all Bernard's information. I was very upfront with him about my current situation...I've been laid off and have no money to invest. This business opportunity sounded "too good to be true" as do most Make Money Schemes always do. Bernard was willing to lower my initial investment from the $495 to $195 if I could commit today. Luckily - I just don't have the money and would not invest a dime anymore without checking out BBB and sites such as this one for SCAM ALERTS.

I wonder if this is such a thing as a "legitimate processor" for this type of business?

I was contacted today by Paul Allen from Fidelity Merchant Solutions. More than once he said Fidelity Merchant Services then changed it to Solutions. I Googled the company while on the phone with him. There is a page dedicated to the services the company offers merchants. There was technical difficulty with the lines but the rep was persistent about calling me back. I called the 520-387-4200 number which surprisingly was not in service. I do not know how they were able to call from a number that registers not-in-service. I also call 1888-807- 7740 which was a recording. I was placed on hold with nice elevator music playing but no answer. I was looking to add another stream of income. So sad that there are so many scams out there. I am glad to have come across the information. It can't be that everyone else is wrong and they are right. I feel for those who were scammed by these companies. Please check these companies BEFORE you give them your money. If they press you to sign up right then and there because the area only has a limited amount of people needed...DO NOT DO SIGN UP! You HAVE THE RIGHT to check out any company seeking to do business with you. Do NOT just give up your hard earned money. Do your due diligence. Legitimate companies are not going any where. They will be there when you finish checking out their status.

Interested in a LEGITIMATE home-based business? It is an INC 500 company which has been on the INC 500 list 4 consecutive years since 2006.
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE STILL LOOKING FOR A LEGITIMATE, DOCUMENTED HOME BASED BUSINESS CONTACT ME @:

I was just called by a representative from this company who was giving me the usual pitch about making money, easy from home. She claimed it was something for Visa. When I asked her to get to the details, she got flustered and transferred me to another recruiter. This man asked what problem I had with the qualifying questions and I told him that I didn't have a problem, was just transferred to him and suggested that maybe they needed more competent/better trained representatives -- I thought it was odd she would get flustered just because I asked for detials. He got defensive and threatened me saying, "You don't know anything about me, or the woman you just talked to, but I know all about you and your credit, and I can ruin you so you better shut-up." and then hung up! Wow. What a horrible company.

8/18/11 - As with the commentors above, I was contacted My Choice Business Services and talked with a man named Rey today. The pitch is simply to send them names/addresses of small businesses in my "service area" so that My Choice can contact them to provide them credit card processing transaction services at a flat 2% rate (apparently lower than what most banks charge). According to this caller, for each business that converts to their service, I will receive a one-time payment of $500 and 1% (half!) of future transaction fees for each cc "terminal" of each such small business. I supposedly would also receive commissions for any gift cards that the small business arranged through My Choice. To join this home business opportunity, there are three levels-gold at $495, silver at $395 and starter at $295. My Choice apparently will be setting up a "book-keeping" website for my account - for which they propose to charge n $5.95per week. According to Rey, the "per terminal" payments are lower at the lower "affiliate" levels.

Since I was somewhat skeptical that this service might be legitimate, during the conversation, I did check their My Choice web site which was very extensive and professionally displayed-I probably should have known that the opportunity to make this kind of money was a scam. Rey glibly indicated that he had lived in my city and that I should contact his friend Vicki who was operating a business in a nearby town. He was indeed very good at sounding honest.

So now I will contact my local credit union - my own Visa provider-as recommended above to see if indeed I can get the $495 charge reversed - as well as future weekly $5.95 charges. I was told that the charge to my card would be made by "Big Action Media" (BAM). Obviously, since I will not be attempting to work with My Choice, I won't be able to report on any subsequent contacts.

Same story here...though got the scam from firt economic freedom corp. with the follow up guaranteed quality leads from websites4america. Big loss like everyone else. A few things:

FTC law is that a co. must supply 10 resource / testimonials if buy in is over $500. that's why the cost is $495. And them not giving one good reference of success should have driven me away, but the promises got to me.

Scambook told me to tell all victims to also file a complaint w/ them.

Also I filed w/ NV. BBB, but they are generally not helpful as co. does not reply and it becomes an unresolved complaint. Also netcheck has f-marketing / wweb4amer. / Chalonne foerster on w/ no complaints though I keep complaining there.

So w/ a complaint to "online business bureau" I fully know efc is now my choice as I called the Danielle # (justin was also the dispute manager for efc) posted by jnn366 and I swear the same hag I've been trying to get a refund from for months was on the answering machine. I'd know that witch's voice anywhere! LOL! They finally gave a refund, but from a closed bank account. And yes they impersonate visa / mastercard as part of the sales pitch. Anyway my choice b. s. denied as can be expected being EFC, and so OBB closes the case. IF enough people also file w/ OBB they may take notice and all they do is red flag a co. better thatn nothing.

Also contact tv stations and AZ. att. gen for sure. and U. S. postal inspector in Tucson...Kathy Martinjak fraud analyst.

My Father, who is elderly in Wimberley Tx was scammed late July, and is also SSI Disability. We are of course disputing the charges through the CC that was charged. He is out 6K, said they were extremely smooth on the phone, and called back several times for add on's. Somebody needs to shut down their website already, it looks intact. We are filing a case with Hays County Police department. If there is another case in Texas please let us know, we can piggy back on that case to bring it to the attention of larger law enforcement agencies.

I just got off the line with their 'national recruiting director' Marty. Very high pressure and super defensive when I started asking about the company and where I might find out more information about what they do. The number he was calling from was 520-387-4200.
