I made a reservation online under Motel 6 website to stay in the S. San Francisco location for the 16th of April. I called and cancelled my reservation on the 8th of April and even spoke to a supervisor. Supervisor advised me that my reservation does not exist because of the building no long exist. I made sure and told the supervisor to make sure I will not get charge for anything on my visa. Yesterday the 17th of April. I checked my online visa/debit statement. I was charged for $68.23 on my visa and I called Motel 6 told the representative the situation. She advised me to faxed over all document to her and she will get me a refund. Called today the 18th and I was advised by another lady and said there is nothing we can do because the hotel is no longer part of our franchise. Called the hotel in South San Francisco who goes by another hotel name and said it was Motel 6 who charged me and they cannot do anything. I felt I did my part and called the 1-800 number on my reservation printout and cancelled my reservation 1 week prior to our stay at their hotel. Motel 6 is giving me a run around since yesterday the 17th. Do you use this Hotel they are a ripp off. $68.23 is my hard earned money and someone should give me my money back. The record did show that Motel 6 was the one who charged me on my Visa/Debit card. They charged my visa after I cancelled and they did a unathorized charge.

That hotel is the worst int he world the 111 mitchell hotel should have been shut down.
