for the past year or so we have tried to get a home loan modification with american consultants and we thought we were dealing with a big attorney named "moss sidell" should be Moss Madoff Sidell.We came to his office and met with a slick willy named jerry who seemed to be on the ball.When we asked to meet the attorney we were told he was busy in court, we should have known this was just a front for collecting our hard earned monies.once we paid, we heard nothing for at least 2 months and we got real attitude when we called for an update.We sent in the same paperwork at least 4 times and never heard back, only harrassement from indy mac -our bank. but we heard this big mouth con man sidell on the radio and then we even saw this fool on a commercial talking about BLABLABLABLA all his success and connections.The bottom line is we got no help and grief from this a$$holes company.We had to get help from hope and hud, what a disaster that was also.
then he cjhanged the name of his company to creative scams and loans or something like that and said he resigned? resigned? he was still in the same space hawking the same B>S. we called the BBB and AG's office and found out he is being investigated big time for ripping homeowners like us off.They told us not to give him a dime, too late we gave him 2400, we can kiss that good by!
I hope this piece of scum loses his license! he is a full of SH*t!!! we heard him on BZ againa nd again and want to puke!
