Firestone Credit First Scam They Lost Online Bank payment and I get charged $75 in late fees and interest. Internet

They lost the payment and said they didn't receive it and charged me $75 in late fees and interest. I used Chase online billpay which always worked before. They told me they wanted proof of payment on Chase bank's letterhead and won't accept the online proof of payment. I even went down to my bank and they printed out the proof and stamped it with their bank's stamp. They didn't accept that either. Their own words: We do not show receipt of your payment that you have advised was sent by your bank. As previously advised, we need for your bank to send us tracking information that the payment was received by our company. Banks send this type of information daily and your bank will know what needs to be sent for us to locate a payment sent that has not posted to your account so that we may locate the missing item. The attachments that you sent with your message does
not help us to locate a missing payment. They accepted every payment up until when I wanted to pay it off. Now they have lost that payment twice! They said I can pay it online but won't waive the late fees until I send them proof they received it (which is impossible since they lost it) OR proof of payment on the Bank's letterhead (which Chase does not do). PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FIRESTONE PRODUCTS
