Morgan & Associates EMY, or Mark Anderson Received a Call from

I received a call from 661 724 6193 from a male with a very strong accent possibly from India or something. He stated that he was calling from "Morgan and Associates Law Firm" and that he was calling me to let me know that I did not pay back a payday loan that I took out last month. The thing is, I did take one out, but from a total different compay, not "Cash Advance" like he was stating. He told me at first that a check was sent to my home address of _____. Yes... he knew my address! And he told me what the last four numbers of my socail security number were and what my e-mail address was and who my employer was. He mentioned that he was going to send the legal paperwork to my employer and that my employer would need to be present at the TRIAL! I do not know if they have contacted my place of employment but i intend to find out if they have. I work for a police department so... I guess they can go ahead and try. They stated that I owed back $240 for a $200 loan but since I have paid it back that now I owe over $1,000. They gave me a date as to when the amount was put into my account and gave me the last 4 digets of my bank account number. I asked for their address and a fax number... they gave the address of 6601 S Hulen st. Fort Worth TX 76133 and a fax number of 206 666 1716. I am still researching this but everything I find shows to be a FRAUD.
