Serial Loss with it, Not as Described (AVANGATE ARE BIASED WITH REFUND)

I already attached my interraction with the vendor and every details have being sent to Avnagate, My concern here is that avangate is Refusing me my refund after knowing fully well that my contact with the vendor is resulting in serious abuses on my personality, No human feelings for client at all. Avangate continue to cut me off after deceiving me to close the dispute i file with paypal to enable them support the vendor in scamming my money. I am putiing below most of my converstaion with this vendor below and avangate stand in this matter is not just favorably to me at all:
Attached is how am being humiliated by the vendor and proof of the order in with me and reason for my asking refund as what i bought actually made me backrupt and his fat action in updating his webpage to make people around to be convince about
I complain of being bankrupt with a product that promise heaven and earth and still yet, Avangate is still trying to draw me to something that will kill me untimely. This vendor quickly went to update his purchase page immediately i start filling my suit for a refund with paypal to deceive everyone going to his webpage, It wasnt there as of when i made a purchase. Kindly come to my rescue. Avangate is being discriminating after being in possesion of my money. Help me pls. All the email am sending them is being deleted by some of their staff i suspected to working secretly with this vendor to fustrate my REFUND request for over a month have being on this issue. I have many evidence on this issue. The order number for my purchase is order 39634452. Kindly help me scamexpose
