Monarch grand vacations Pacific monarch vacations ANYONE INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT for Misrepresentation? Lahuna Hills, California |

I was persuaded into purchasing this timeshare and everything sold to us was misrepresented. The video of the resorts were 5 star resorts. These are nowhere near 5 star. For the price of my maintenance fees alone I can stay at a way nicer hotel than these run down so called resorts. We were told we could even make money on our time if we couldn't make it by renting it out. I tried to let a friend use my time and they refused. They said I had to be there at check-in or they wouldn't allow them to stay so "renting" it out is not possible. In the 12 years I have paid for this, I have only been able to use my points twice. Every time I call to make a reservation they are booked. I've been told they rent a large portion to non owners. In fact the only reason I got in the second time is because I told 'them' to find me a weekend they had available and was forced to go then, or forfeit yet another set of points. A few years back, they allowed owners to pay a fee to void the contract, however this is no longer an option. They are sending letters of maintenance fee increases due to others not paying their maintenance fees threatening that if we don't pay what they are asking this will be reported on our credit. This is not fair to the owners that do pay and to think I have to pay for the rest of my life or have a foreclosure on my perfect credit makes me ill. if I received what I agreed to, I would not complain, however I feel used! Us owners pay upkeep on resorts while they make money renting to non owners. My loan is paid in full. I want to forfeit the rest and get out of the contract. ANYONE INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT??? I am hoping that somehow the BANKRUPTCY will help get me out. |

I'm in the same situation. Paying too much for a timeshare that is not worth it. I really want out. |

I am still paying off my timeshare balance with a crazy interest rate; way too much on a timeshare I can't always use either and to use them abroad, I have to pay an to be a member of interval International to exchange my points. Not worth it anymore.. I'm also sick of having my maintainance fees raised on me about every year. I also hope that this bankruptcy will help me get out of timeshare I am not interested in anymore also. |

I am looking for people who want to file a class action lawsuit against these scammers. I have set-up an email account specifically for this purpose.
Please email me here if you are interested: [email protected].
My mother purchased a timeshare two years ago with them and after reading the nearly 2" thick "contract" and seeing the ridiculously high APR rate, I am highly motivated to bring them to their knees and get everyone who is trapped in these absurd contracts out for good.
Please feel free to forward this email to anyone you may know who has also fallen victim to these scammers. |

I am also interested in a suit. Mine is paid off but the fees are stupendous and went up even more after Diamond took over. Not happy at all. |
