LAKESIDE PLAZA CONDOMINIUM (CONNED-O) ASSOCIATION, RENO, NEVADA Fraud victims demand an investigation of Lakeside Plaza Condominium Association, Reno, Nevada by the FBI and IRS regarding former Lakeside Plaza Board President, Frank Perau's fraud scheme (Washoe County District Attorney Case # 406537; Reno Police Department Case # 08-031672) involving: EMBEZZLEMENT, ILLEGAL FORECLOSURES (Bank Fraud)
CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT TAX FRAUD MONTHLY HOA DUES skyrocketed from approximately $130 to nearly $600/month for HOA embezzlement, causing countless fraudulent foreclosures. Fraudulent foreclosures not only affected homeowners, but the financial institutions holding the mortgages that were fraudulently foreclosed by Lakeside Plaza - as Nevada is a super priority lien state. HOAs can (in this case, fraudulently) foreclose in advance of the banks. In other words, even if you are current with your mortgage, a Nevada HOA can foreclose on your home. Former Lakeside Plaza HOA President, Frank Perau embezzled and fraudulently foreclosed - causing MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGES. Former Lakeside Plaza HOA Board Director, Dan Joseph was in on the "premeditated" fraudulent foreclosure scheme threatening "We're going to sanction [extort from] you all out of here." While Frank Perau fraudulently obtained restraining orders against homeowners suspecting embezzlement, Dan Joseph used online threats, defamatory websites, online videos and other illegal means to scare and intimidate HOA embezzlement victims/whistle-blowers. If you ask State of Nevada to enforce the laws, you can forgetta about it! It's *still* a Mafia State.
