This company did not deliver the products it promised. The sales person did not have all the food delivered he had promised. Very poor customer service. The Down Payment is really no down payment at all. It's a delivery fee that does not pay down the principal. The sales person had my spouse sign my name to the contract while I wasn't present, and after I said I want nothing to do with "Milk 2 you"! They should rename there company "Scam 2 You" |

This company also came to our house about 3 yrs ago. The sales lady lied and told us how much time and money we would be saving. . I was so stupid in signing the contract my husband was frustrated and tired he never wanted to sign the contract. The sales person used sales tactics to have him sign. We did get our first 6 months shipment in, the amount of food you get compared to the money you pay is crazy. You don't get that much, then the meat is horribly small. We tried to cancel. They wouldn't let us. So we stopped paying. Well now they are taking us to court. The freezer we recieved is only worth 500 they want 3, 000. They claim it is for the warrany, we never used it. We don't even need the freezer. It was only for the food they where delivering. These people will scam anyone they can. Don't be fooled in anything they say. |

I really hope you filed a complaint with the NE Attorney General's office. They tried to arbitrate my case against M2SU (Milk to Screw You) but the AG only would take the case up with more complaints. Totally bogus and poor consumer protection by the AG who's role is to protect consumers.
Milk 2 You was run out of Iowa in 2008 after more than 40 consumer and commercial complaints in 5 years, if I remember correctly. They also lost a court case wherein the consumer sued them over being charged 3000 for their "free" grill that came with the food order. Since that case they've changed to "giving you the freezer for free"- but if you notice the contract loan is for the freezer! The whole operation is a scam if you look into the Jefferson Financial (iirc) company that actually holds the loan, they are in a state with very little consumer protection laws and hard to go after for refunds.
But hey, M2Y has a BBB rating of A!
We ended up biting the bullet and paying off our outstanding balance. |
