I would advise you never to do business with Keith Muchler, Creative Indoor or any other company this man is associated. My experience here is personally embarrassing and it took some time to “go public†with an admission of my poor judgment in trusting Keith Muchler and giving my companies money to him. I am the marketing director of a medium sized company in Tampa Bay Florida. I was approach by Mr. Muchler who indicated he was the owner of Creative Indoor. ( I have through research discovered there are two advertising companies called Creative Indoor registered with the State of Florida that Mr. Muchler is associated with. One of them seems to be owned by his wife/business partner the other by him.) Keith Muchler offered to sell my company advertising that would be placed in restaurants bars and other public venues around Tampa Bay. The price was very affordable and the locations offered attractive. We paid for the advertising and expected good results. Mr Muchler claimed to have over 20 years in the business and made repeated references to his partnerships with the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field and the Tampa Bay Lighting. If he ever had such relationships they apparent were either insignificant or were so brief they no longer exist. Also the corporate records with the State of Florida indicate that the two Creative Indoor companies have only been in business a few years and one has already been shut down. Prior to that time Mr Muchler owned a construction rehab company that apparently invested in and flipped houses. As I do with all advertising I purchase for my company I always verify that the advertising we pay for is in fact placed as promised. When I went to the locations contracted for with Creative Indoor our ads were placed in none of them! Many of the locations indicated they had no idea who Keith Muchler. or Creative Indoor was. Muchler had taken our money and did absolutely nothing he had promised to do. I made repeated calls to Creative Indoor to find out what had happened and when I could expect to have our ads placed or our money returned. None of my calls were ever returned. In all my years of buying advertising I have never been scammed in this way. Fortunately the amount of money invested was small relative to our usual advertising buys so I walked away and considered this a embarrassing painful lesson learned. I hoped never to encounter Mr Muchler again or even hear his name. I am a active networker and regularly attend business events in the Tampa Bay area. At such an event the topic of Mr Muchlers advertising was brought up by a fellow business person. Apparently they had the same experience that I did. Over the next few months I kept my ears open and encountered two more business people with the same experience. I have a feeling this is the smallest tip of the ice burg. Like me none had filed suit because of the small dollar amount and they were also embarrassed and did not want to invest any more time or involvement with this man.. Finally at a social party I ran into a friend of Keith Muchler who had business dealings with him when he was in real estate. After telling him about my experience his friend said Muchler had asked him to do a money transaction that was not only unethical but illegal. He went on to describe Keith Muchler as charming but a shady character or questionable ethics. By now I was starting to relize that someone needed to do take some action or Muchler would continue to scam and rip people off with no consequences for doing so. So take my story as a warning that if you do business with Keith Muchler or Creative Indoor you do so at risk of being scammed.. From my own personal experience and what I have learned form others do not take the chance.

rcv'd a call from this company yesterday to speak to the owner of the company I work for. Thanks for the info. I asked if there was info that could be faxed so I could provide something tangible for the owner as he does not accept cold calls. I simply received emailed info, letter form. I tend to look into the companies prior to passing info onto the owner and I am glad I did.
No company logo or letterhead. Big Red Flag!! |

Got hired the other day to set up appointments. Found ad for Creative Indoor Advertising on Craigslist.com like this:
http://tampa.craigslist.org/pnl/sls/2586446908.html
http://tampa.craigslist.org/pnl/sls/2597909815.html
They had me pretend to be some other companies. I set-up a Google email address that looked legit, but they have no company website or email. I then emailed and called prospective advertisers to purchase as with Creative Indoor Advertising. I set-up 14 appointments and they closed 4 of them. After 1 week of work, I should have been paid $500, but they did not pay me. Said I was fired.
Do not do business with Creative Indoor Advertising. Do not accept their monitors in your location . Do not give them money for advertising. Do not accept a job from a man named Keith at Creative Indoor Advertising. |

Why don't the people who complain say who they are? The company has published dozens of ads on several TVs. The appoinment program is more than fair. |

Keith Muchler is a liar and Creative Indoor is a scam company. I worked for this company about a year ago. Keith Muchler told a great story about his sucessful business and how much money I would make with Creative Indoor. I was given a phone script to call advertising prospects. In the script we were susposed to tell people we were employees of the company where the advertising was going like the Green Iguana in Tampa or Fergs in St Petersburg or the Winghouse in Clearwater. I found out later Keith did not have contracts with some of those places and another company did. We were being told to lie to people. When I made sales and it was time for me to get paid Keith would never want to pay me the amount he was susposed to. I had to negotiate for every pay check to get paid. About 80% of the business he did was bater for himself and he gave me nothing. He did not take taxes out of the checks I did get and he did not report my pay to the IRS. I am scared because I do not know the right amount to report on my income taxes. Customers called in to complain they also did not get what was promised. I think Keith Muchler and Creative Indoor is the most dishonest place I have ever worked. I left after 2 months and gave up on ever being paid for my work. |

Keith Muchler bounced a commission check to me and failed to pay other commissions owed. Alli-Gators has removed the TVs because of fraudulent advertising. I have contacted my customers and the States Attorneys office. If you want to participate in a class-action suit, contact me at [email protected]. |
