migrationexpert.com Threats, violation of Federal labor laws Tucson, Arizona |
14th of Jun, 2011 by User599158 |
Migrationexpert.com has been advertising in my country for restaurant workers that they will supposedly get a sponsored visa for. That in and of itself is highly suspect. Work visas don't work that way. Furthermore, their employment requirements do not conform to federal labor laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Once I informed them of this, Cynthia Corrales answered back to me from a gmail account asking me about a Camaro that I used to own. Specifically she asked if I still had the car. I believe that was a thinly veiled threat, as if to say, "we got your number, we know who you are." I am not afraid for myself, as that is not relevant information to my life. I don't own that car any longer, and they didn't even get the model year right (lol). Also, I've never been the kind to scare easily. I am only concerned for people that may fall for their scam. I have already reported them to both the FBI and ICE. Another employee of theirs named Mariela Salinas also contacted me, insulting me. Their last email to me was "goodbye fag," which shows just how infantile and unprofessional these people are. I believe they may be even affiliated with the zetas or some other human trafficking gang. Please do not fall for their scam. It might be more dangerous than you think. |
