DON'T BE FOOLED WITH THEIR LOW PRICES - THEIR PRODUCTS STARTED A FIRE! Yes, I purchased a pair of D2S replacement HID lights from and within 2 weeks the bulb melted and started a fire in my newer BMW. All my electrical wires on my driver headlight were torched and you can clearly see the bulb started the fire. I took my BMW to a repair shop and this whole thing cost me around $460.00 for a new harness. $460.00 because I didnt do research before I purchased. IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Look at all the other complaints online! I should have did my research before buying. Called the company and they are worthless. Told me it was user error and hung up the phone! I am filling a complaint with the Surgeon General, DOT and every outlet I can to make sure this doesn't happen to everyone else. Do not buy replacement HID d2S bulbs, HID d2r bulbs, HID D1R bulbs, HID D1S Bulbs From Midnight Sun HID Outlet. www.hidoutlet.net SCAM that cost me $460.00 - Don't be fooled!

These people sent me the wrong lights and when i went to refund them they refused by email becuase there company would not anser the phone even during business hours. When i told him taht his website told me to buy this product and it was incorrect, I informed him I would dispute the charge and report him to the BBB. Below was there responese RUDE!
Nice, you are disputing the charge for us sending you the correct product for your vehicle which you ordered. You are going to report us for what? Are you kidding me? First, I don't care. Second I will deal with your dispute AND send you to collections which will impact your credit. Our collections company is AWA Collections out of Santa Ana, CA.
Do you normally run your life trying to bully people that do the exact thing you ask them to do? I simply showed you that you got bad information from your mechanic and that we shipped you the correct product. You respond by making threats. This is a business. We don't make money by sending you products that don't fit or work. We also don't make money by eating your mistakes. I can't resell the product that you return and therefore you WILL be charged for it." |
