MCM is a big big scam...

I do not owe NO one and have a credit score of 746 - over two months ago I started getting letters say I owe companys that are NO longer around! I mean like Associates - Providian Credit - and the list goes on - for one they were asking for $10,000 + and one wonted $2,400 + and the list goes on!

I never did talk to them via the phone or U S Mail - I got me a attorney and had him deal with them direct - over the last four months NONE of the debt letters i go were true or for me! MCM was trying to collect thousands of dollars from debts that were old dating back to 1999 and one debt in 2001 - and one other date of 2003.

How they work meaning MCM is they will send letters out to who evers name owes the said money - Keep in mind the dates and some debts are 7+ years old and others 10+ years old - lets say your name is John Doe - MCM will send letter to ALL John Doe's in the USA in hopes to get ONE or more to pay said OLD debts = scare YOU into paying a bill that is not yours and is out of date but they will not tell you HOW old the bill is or show or prove to you when said bill was not paid!

If one John Doe pays MCM wins and gets money! Now in my case they lost and court is coming soon........

Now also keep in mind - Third Party Collections can NOT sue or post to your credit reports - If they do YOU now have them by the B___s!

Also never give any information via a phone call = Never

MCM or any other collection company must show proof it's YOU who owes and with in the 7 years to collect said debt.

YOU will NEVER win talking to a collection company over the PHONE!

Credit Bureaus are not on your side - WHY? cause they get paid thousands of dollars from collections compays to look at said reports - post debts - check address of said debtors and the list goes on - ALL three credit bureaus are in BED with said collections companys and when a collections send in lies to fake paper work to post on your credit report the credit bureaus go why what is sent to them!

Credit bureaus do not check dates or fake paper work - YOU have to prove to them the Credit reporting bureaus that it's not true!

DO NOT fall for 3rd party collectors and there are many out there!

Get help to fight MCM as they are as nasty as a wild bear and lie and use fake paper work to try and win a case!

Make then show YOU the dates of last payment! Make then show you what bank the check was writen on??? make then show proof via US mail or in court.....

The LAW in on your side but YOU have to stay calm and make MCM and others hurt by making them PAY for there lies and wrongs!
