I called CPS to file a report that my nephew father is sexualy abusing him and bad physical abuse. I told them that if he is given my name that he will kill me. He told me this when I caught him. They promised me they would never do that. Well they gave him my name. Yes he has informed me that my life is over. The case worker came to my home and made my life a living hell. My nephew wasnt with me they moved him to my parents home. I told her she has no reason to come to my home sense he didnt live with me. She informed me that I need to keep my mouth shut and to do what she orders me to do. They (lawyers)said that I had to come in for a depositions.(have copies of them)I wasnt able to get as lawyer I wanted to but I was told no. It was never signed or went to court. They used it to make me look horrible and made what I was trying to do was horribly wrong. While this was going on I was verbaly threatend. The lawyer locked the doors so I could not leave. All I wanted to do was make my nephew safe. My parrents also was put threw this. The threates and my nephew's father has physicaly hurt me and broke into my apartment and has sexualy hurt me. So I guess once again he's let off for what he's done and I have to pay for it . My nephew went back with his father. Chris Hurst the detective started out helping us and to what reasons I do not know he completely ignored us finaly when all this was over he called and said he was sorry and my mom asked him do you know whats going on? He said yes he did but he was told to not talk with us and he addmitted he knows what my nephew's father is doing to him. Linda
