Maximum Deals sold me a Volvo that should have never been on the road. They sold me a car that had no working tail lights, vibrations from the front end. Tires were cracked, brakes were bad and this is $1,500.00 plus ago. I went back 3 days after I purchased the vehicle and they told me to come back next week and leave the car. When I came back, they sent me to one of their shady mechanics, they then asked me to leave the car over night. I left the vehicle and when I came back, they said my car was fine. I checked the miles when I left my car and check the position and parking spot where my car was left. The next day the car was exactly as I had left it. Went back to the dealer and spoke to my sales person and her Service Manager. He then suggested I go to a Volvo dealership and have them take a look at it. Came back to the Service Manager and he said he would get me a discount on parts and labor from one of his SHADY shops around EUCLID Ave. My car has been to 4 different shops and they think that they sold me a car that has been crashed before. I do have a carfax report and have contacted carfax and they will look into it. But my whole point is that, they are a bunch of jerks and take advantage of good people. They add a bunch of crap to your loan and deal with banks that are as rude as they are. This is not towards my sales person, this is towards management and the ripoff artists that own that place. All I need to say is LAWYER UP MAXIMUM RIP- OFFS, your time is coming. You can't get away with this for much longer. Not a threat, just a good observation from a one time client that will NEVER go back or refer anyone.
