Enso Naturals Took my payment but did not send any products los angeles, California |

On October 6th, 2011, I purchased two products from Enso Naturals via their website ensonaturals.com. I received an email confirmation notice that same day stating my payment had been received and that I would get a second email when the products shipped. Several days passed by and I did not get a shipping confirmation email. On October 12th 2011, I sent an email to Enso naturals via their email form on the contact us page of their website asking when my products would be shipped. I received a shipping confirmation from Enso naturals via email that same day stating that supposedly, the products have been shipped and it contained a tracking number. I went to the USPS website to track the package right after I received the tracking number and it said a shipping label had been created but it was not received yet by the USPS. I have been using that tracking number to track the package every day and it still says the same message, nothing has been updated. I then called the post office and tried to run the tracking number through them but nothing was found. I emailed the contact via their email form again on October 19th 2011 stating that the tracking number was showing nothing has been sent and I still have not got a response from the company. There is no company phone number listed on the site. Upon further investigation of this company, I found there are numerous complaints online of people not receiving any products from this company in the last 3 months. I would not purchase anything else from this company and encourage anyone else that has been through situation to voice their experience. |

I purchased two items from enso naturals on October 2nd and received the tracking number on Oct 7th. I followed up several times and didn't get a response and cant locate their contact number. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow. I'm done with enso naturals!!! |

I just WISH I researched more about this company because I too have been scammed. I placed an order on Oct 27, 2011 and the payment went through. I also received the second email about getting shipment information once it has been processed. Well, it's now Nov 7, no email about my shipment and definitely no products. Oh yea, they don't reply to emails and I have sent several. I'm so pissed off right now I can't even explain but I do hope other people blast this bogus ass company so they're not authorized to scam people! |
