I had ordered my daughters communion dress from this company Feb 2nd, paid by credit card...the $ was taken out immediatley from my account, but the shipment date of March 4th came and passed I called them..NO ONE spoke english. Very hard to understand. They told me they needed 10-15 more days, March 24th came and I called , they explained they needed 10-15 more days...I went online, live chatted w/ them and they told me the same thing, by April 5th I called Pay Pal, got my $ back, but no dress, her communion is soon and now i have to go find another dress. This company is fraudulant, they demanded on the phone on that they just wait another 10-15 days and they would send me a $15 coupon.

I ordered my prom dress from this website a month and a half ago. The woman on the phone who called the night of the order for conformation, spoke terrrrrrrible english and promised the dress after about 2 and a half weeks. It is now tuesday ..prom is Saturday..and I don't have a dress at all. This company has ruined my prom. I'm so ashamed of not having a dress now I am seriously considering not going to my prom at all. Thank you MASO International, for ruining one of the most memorable times of my highschool career.

Samething as above just happened to me. I ordered my daughters Prom Dress weeks ago. Was promised by several reps. of this company I would have the dress by May 1st. here we are 4 days away from expected delivery date and I recieve a email saying they can not have the dress to me on time. I said I have to have it because there is no time to get one anywhere else plus they have my money. The reply was "can you use the dress for another event?" REALLY!!! NO I CAN NOT! THERE IS ONLY ONE SENIOR PROM IN A GIRLS LIFE!!! I am so disappointed but more than that I feel I have let my daughter down. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Its so much, i've cried and everything. Those people thought they were going to get away with my money and not send me my prom dress. I called paypal and got my money back, they were veery helpful. After I filed the claim with them I began to recieve emaills stating I was going to get my dress no worries but them a email saying i filed a claim so they are giving me a full refund. So now my money is on its way back to my card so my prom is not over and its on may 20, 2011 and today is the 3rd of may and I have no dress. About to go shopping IN THE STORE in hope for luck but I beg all people not to order anything from these people they will scam you and take your money.BE CAREFUL

i JUST GOT DRESS I ORDERED 4 WEEKS AGO. BEAUTIFUL WHITE DRESS EXCEPT THERE IS A PURPLE STAIN ON THE FRONT AND IT ISNT EVEN THE DRESS I ORDERED. MY DAUGHTERS DANCE IS IN 9 DAYS. HER FIRST SWEETHEART DANCE WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. WHO WANTS TO WEAR A BRIGHT WHITE GOWN WITH A PURPLE STAIN ON THE FRONT! I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANYS WEBSITE, BUT IT DOESNT WORK. I ALSO SENT 3 EMAIL REGARDING MY URGENT ISSUE AND WAS TOLD SORRY YOU DONT LIKE THE DRESS YOU ORDERED. THESES PEOPLE ARE MORONS! I order my wedding dress form them in March I did get it three weeks later the correct dress but the wrong size. I know what size I am because I tried on the same dress at David's Bridal. But the lady claimed it was the correct size and they couldn't do anything about it. So I like a dumb butt order another dress and I just went online to check the status and your correct the website isn't working anymore and neither does the phone number there is listed so I have sent some emails hopping to get a response other wise I'm going to to attempt and get my money back.

This company will give you the run around and never send your dress!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Thank Goodness I paid with Paypal. They returned my money the same day I filed my report! They must know about this company too!

i need you help i called paypales and they sed i had to wait 10days for the money cus they was going to talk to the dressale people. the people from dresssale have been inboxing me telling me my dress is ready and sent and crap and gave me a tracking nuber but i dont think imma get the dress i want. idk what to do. can some one help me out? they sed if i get the wrong dress or it doesnt look the same then i would have to ship it bak to them

I received my dress yesterday, they delayed for 5 days, at first I was as angry as you, but the customer service said they would send me the dress as soon as possible, now I received my dress, it is as beautiful as the pictures shown, I'm satisfied with the quality, but I hope they can deliver goods more punctually.

I am having the same problem with the order of my daughter's prom dress with this company. They said we will get the dress according to our specified date. Then later I received a two voicemessages from this chinese lady who has terrible broken English indicating there is going to be a delay due to a national holiday in Hong Kong. They promised then that we will get the dress before May 15th and that a tracking number will be send via email to us prior to them sending the dress. Up until now, we received no tracking number so I sent an email questioning where the status of my order. An email came back saying the dress is about ready for shipment and to please be patient. My daughter's prom is next Friday and she has NO dress and there is no time to shop for her dress and they want us to be patient! I am fed up with this company and their run around with crap statement to customer who already lost their money and time spent waiting. I like to know if there is any kind of international legal action that one can get to take up legal action against this company for fraudulant. Also, how do I get my money of $215.00 back?

oh boy...i wish i had seen these complaints BEFORE we ordered a dress for my daughter. thank God the dress is just for a party she was invited to and not an important event like a communion or prom, i am now anticipating not receiving the dress. i hate scammers. thank God i paid via paypal so i know i will be reimbursed if we don't receive the dress. i was just going to email them because i haven't been sent a reciept for the purchase, though my credit card was already charged...that's a red light right away. i am disappointed that people like to take advantage. i hope we get the dress but i am doubtful after reading the other postings.

This company is a total scam. they sent me a dress that looks like a five year old child made it.
the seams are all wrong. The company refuses to issue me a refund for the dress and isn’t giving me my money back 181.44.

I’ve asked the for an address where i can send the dress back but they refuse to provide that also.
I’ve contacted PayPal and they are currently investigating this site.

DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSALE ITS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

i ordered a wedding dress in march and told them the wedding was the 15th may it wasnt but i wanted to get the dress in good time.it didnt arrive i emailed them and they said the dress would be arriving on the 20th april it didnt so i emailed the again and they said they were a seamstress down and ydress would arrive by 28th april ...it didnt arrive ...on the 14th may i emailed them and said i was disgusted in them and i was cancelling the order they agreed to cancelling the order but it would cost me $60 for wasted material and admin...joke surely ...after threatening them with legal action and about 20 emails they are agreeing to a full refund. what a terrable company if my daughters wedding was really 15th may they would have totally ruined the day do not order from this company unless you want to be dissapointed...you have been warned enter web site at your own risk ...

i really understand your feeling. i ordered a dress in March, they promised to arrive in 21 days, but because of the national holiday, the dress was delayed, the customer service apologised for that and promised to give a discount, after 10 days, i received my dress, i think you should try every methods to get contact with them.

Their customer service sucks, I have tried contacting them over and over by several different means and only get the run around. I did receive my dress, but it didnt fit right and it wasnt the same exact dress I ordered. These people are a joke. But because I did get the dress and I have to return it with confirmation so paypal can see. The cheapest return shipping for a .(5 kg weight) is $78.21 (In US dollars). They have truly ruined my event and I will never order international again. The dress cost $136.00 before shipping. after paying return It will have have still cost me for a wrong, misized dress that was not my error. Not funny how these transactions bite and they know most people will give up, but you can also dispute with your credit card even though you do with paypal. Sometimes your credit card will work better with you then paypal.

I wish I had found this before I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter. I did not expect top quality for the price I paid, however I have ordered from overseas before and never had any issues. The order I placed with MASO was a disaster! In all fairness, I will say the dress was fine, but it had a matching jacket that really MADE the dress and that is why I ordered it. They asked for very specific measurements to make the jacket, but when we received it we were shocked. The dress was a ladies size 8, and the matching jacket looked like a little girl's size 8. My petite daughter could not get the jacket barely over her elbow! I am not talking a little snug, it was WAY TOO SMALL. I repeatedly tried to get them to make it right, but they gave me a huge run around, asking for photos time and again ( which I sent over a dozen) and they claimed they never got. I know they got them. We sent photos from 3 different computers and all showed they went through. They will write you and say "best wishes" and act like they want to fix the problem, but it is all very not true. I have ordered online and overseas many times and this is the first issue I have ever had. THese people are awful. Please do not trust them with your money or the hope of getting what they show you on their website. Save yourself the disappointed and hassle.
