TIMESHARE FRAUD FROM THE MARRIOTT! The sales person completely lied to use during the presentation, and during their selling points. The main lie they told us, was in regards to their maintenance fees, it was stated they would not go up for several years, and when they did, due to inflation it would be very minimal. In 4 years our fees more than quadrupled! With that we had to deed the timeshare back to them since we were unable to keep up with the increasing maintenance fees. Now they report the time share as вЂ?RealвЂ™ property on my credit and list it as deed in lieu of foreclosure! With that I cannot refinance due to the word foreclosure listed on my credit. My credit scores are still in the high 700- 800's but with it listed as real property and the word foreclosure on my credit, itвЂ™s impossible to get a real property loan or refinance. I have asked Marriott to please reword the way they list on my credit but they will not give me the time of day, nor do they care! This company is a SCAM in many ways, beware! NOT RECOMMENDED, DO NOT PURCHASE A TIMESHARE FROM THE MARRIOTT!!!
