I order a camera kit online, I called this company and the person who answered he said they have a good kit with digital lenses, that has 2 tripods and other things, I asked him if those lenses were canon he said yes. I said I would like to see it online and he said that offer is just in their catalog, so I made the purchase, it cost me $1699.00 a lot of money I received an email with my order and in the order says /canon af75-300mm lens and other canon lens, to confirm I called them again and I asked them if those lenses were canon again they said yes.
I received the package last week the box was damage were they packed the camera and the other things, they didn't pack them well. I took a picture of this package. I didn't receive the complete kit and lenses were not the canon ones, they are tramron, I called them to complain about that I didnt received all the complete kit they said they will send it right away and I will receive it in 2 days, and for the lenses they said they were lenses for canon, I said I never request for canon I requested canon lenses I also called you before to verified they were canon and again you said yes. I told him these lenses are cheap, and I paid for canon ones, I also said if you mention for canon I would have said no, and he said if you want canon digital ones you have to paid the difference, $200dls more, I said not. I don't want to pay extra because you told me in the beginning these were canon that is why I accept them. He kept telling me that because I dont know a lot about cameras I don't know that the lenses I got are very good. (In their wepage, if you search for tramron lenses with the code number they gave me in my order it never says tramron and doesn't show any picture lenses just it says /canon...). well I said again I want my digital canon lenses if not I want to return everything. and for the other part of the package they sent me an email which it says I will receive it in 7 or 10 days no in 2 days so they didn't do what they said also again and other tripod is missing in that package, in the email they sent me it says all what they sending me except the other tripod, so I called them today, to complain about and other tripon missind in the order and I say I want to return my order. and he said if you return it they will take 15% of what I paid and other 6% for insurance. This is all their mistake and I have to pay for that.
I told him I will report it because is not right what they are doing. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he is the manager, so I couldnt really resolve anything
I have to request a RMA number in order to return my package he said he will email it but I am still waiting, and I have to receive the rest of the package before I send everything back.
I receive other part of the package and again an other part is missing ( big tripod and camara case) I called right away and I told them that is not right what they are doing and in their policy says if we return something and the boxes are open or damage they won't refund anything and they will return the package, well they sent me this package in a poor envelope and the box got open and damage., I said again a want you to refund all my money, he said no. I told him I have reported them. He said is fine he hang up, since that day yesterday tuesday june 7th they don't answer the phone just they have a voice mail.
