A House Manager of mental and physically handicapped people has been taken advantage of for caring more for the handicapped residents than her own health since September 29th 2001.
Sue fell in a Target store in a main aisle with numerous camera balls able to show what she fell on but Target attorneys refused to produce these videos, pictures, Clean-up schedules and all other vital information under attorney client privilege with our attorney accepting this as well as helping Target win their case by assisting employees deposed 3 yrs. After the fall change their damaging statements the day of the fall to very beneficial statements for Target. Examples;
A employee stated he could not clean it up because it was WAX-BUILDUP to blaming Mentally Handicapped people told him to say it.
Employee stated there were smudges like someone had slipped to he took pictures of a clean floor but failed to produce these pictures under Attorney Client Privilege.
Next the head person on duty that day where she stated she had a set of pictures but again failed to produce them under same ( A. C. privilege )
Had Sue deposed 43 days after Major Back Surgery that resulted from the fall and made sure neither attorney ever asked Sue if she was on any medication . They knew she was taking 6-7 loritabs a day for pain and tricked her into saying inaccurate statements and our attorney never objected.
Refused to depose William Pajak despite being scheduled after Sues and never deposed Bill knowing he had knowledge of the truth .
Sue has over a million dollars worth of medical bills and Target paid only one visit to Quik-Care. We have a lot more evidence of probable collusion by both Lawyers and Judges. We will provide you with everything to prove this huge cover-up in Las Vegas.
