Saw ad for Magic Mesh product on TV. Product was cheap, $19.95 and seemed to be worth a try as a sliding glass door screen. Went online to to purchase.
Price presented showed $19.95 plus $7.95 S&H for 1 set.
Free SECOND set offered for another $7.95 S&H, and I chose that option.
In 'theory' I should be at approx $35 at this point, right? NO TOTAL GIVEN WHATSOEVER!
I put in my credit card details, and WAS IMMEDIATELY taken to SALE COMPLETE screen.
TOTAL COST WAS $91.70!! NO EXPLANATION of charges, no phone number given.
I have been trying to contact this company for two days now to cancel this order.
I will be calling my Credit Card company and reporting a fraudulent charge. I DID NOT authorize this!

EXACT SAME THING happened to me yesterday!!! This checkout is set up to double the order... i.e. scam you.
I ordered one set = $19.95 which consists of two screens (buy one get one free). The first checkout page asks if this is what you want, so a reasonable person would check "yes". Well, this is actually a confirmation of whether or not you want a second set! There is no order confirmation at the end of checkout where you can review everything, they just double what you've ordered. I also got invoiced twice what I should have and it was a nightmare correcting it.
There should be a law against this kind of scam!!!

| I called the customer service department and asked if the Magic Magic can be purchased at one fo the As Seen On TV Stores and their response was no. The rep said that I had to order through him, my response was I don't own any credit cards but I could purchase a VISA Gift card however I wanted to know the total amount of the purchase. This is how he broke the cost down $29.95 for the item and $10.00 for a territory charge - I asked what that was for because the website states $29.95 plus $7.95 shipping and handling, the rep did not know what that was for. He said the total amount would be $45.85. I questioned the $10.00 and asked if that was a brokerage charge he didn't know. He didn't sound like he was from Canada and I asked where is this product coming from - the US and his response was yes - hence the 2-6 weeks for delivery. I'm not going to be purchasing this item I can make my own for that price and maybe less expense and of course I need it now and I am also going to wait until someone else comes out with a replica of Magic Mesh. Beware, I did not feel comfortable dealing with this company what so ever. Ontario Canada |

| SCAM they did the same thing to me. I put my info in and bam, I never got a confirmation if it really went though or not. Then two months later a charge for 38.90 was on my card...so I called the # on my bank statement and they said it had already shipped. I had already purchased two screens for 7.99 from Charles Kimall and they work great. Now I have tow more very expensive ones on the way. SCAM |

| i ordered mine back in June (around the 24th). They said it would be here on August 5th. It shows on their tracking system (customerstatus.com) that it was shipped on July 27th. Its August 5th today, and so far nothing yet, but i am hopeful my faith in the company will shine through, and it will come. I will not be scammed. If I don't post again, it came. If not, I'll be back. |

| I was ready to order but the deal smelled a little, so I did an Internet search and came up with this long list of dissatisfied customers. Thank you all for saving me from this scam. | Wow., Thanks everyone for these comments. I've wanted this item for a while now. With four dogs, opening the door all the time is a hassle but after reading about this scam I won't be ordering. If they were telling the true price on TV or even on the order then I would still order, but knowing they are shady in their dealings stops me from ordering from them. Thanks everyone |

I am not sure if i orderd one or not, i DID go to the site, and filled in the Data ( Before reading this page) and it INSTANTLY came up to a Timed out Screen, so NO idea if they have my Data.
NOW after reading this, i HOPE it really timed out, These SCAM merchants, (Based on your Coments) should be Jailed, I HOPE i Can stop this charge thru my Bank

| Hi everyone, same thing happened to me. I only wanted 1 set, ended up being forced to get 2, and had to pay double the S&H, and double the upgrade to the thicker mesh. The customer service person basically told me that that's how the company works, and that I could do whatever I needed. Letter to the BBB ond to their corporate office is forthcoming. |

Yes --- same story --- order the buy one get one free for 29.95 plus s & h. No invoice or statement with the parcel when it arrived. Thankfully I went into my Visa account that same day and found that I had been
billed $121.00 plus change. I am sending it back. It's going to cost me but so be it. I DON'T want their
product if this is the way they operate.

I will be calling in the morning to hopefully cancel this order, and then the next call will be to the AG's office to report fraud. Don't order this is it s big scam. |

| Stay clear of this product and this company. Scam Scam Scam. Unless you go for the most expensive mesh at an inflated price. What they send you would not keep out a fly, also watch your order they will charge you for a double order. I am in the process of returning this c**p. |
