Price Gouging

I went on Lowes.com and priced their metal roofing at 14.89 for 12'x26" sheet. I arrive at my local Lowes and it's 21.76! It was the same item number on the tag itself and the price tag had the same item number in it as well. I followed up with an employee which suggested I purchase building supplies from a local business only because it's cheaper in most cases and the manager at that particular Lowes find ways around price matching. I take all the metal roofing I need to the counter and the lady can barely speak English, she spits out a few words and starts scanning. I instantly speak up about the price and she says no no, price is and points to the screen. I said these should be 14.88 and then she grabs another lady and starts speaking Spanish and points at my phone and supplies. That lady then looks at my phone and says we can't match internet prices...REALLY!!!! I instantly told them I need a Manager. He came to the desk and they starting their Spanish dialect, and he came to me and said "sorry sir but we cannot match internet prices", without evening looking at my phone! I told him your gonna match these prices or myself and ur general manager are gonna have a talk. He then decided to look at my phone and his eyes lit up and told me "this is our website" and I just stood there...then he fixed the price and walked away without saying a word after that. There is multiple items at this particular lowes well over priced, only building supplies since we live in a booming area and ppl are coming in by the hundreds each day because of the oil field. This type of service was very unacceptable!
