After the 3 weeks, I'd not seen any increase in business so I called Shane Dunn. He said that they are working hard building links and that the search engines should start crawling them and my ranking and placement on Google, MSN and Yahoo would increase, he said that because they're quality links I might have to wait aprox 2 months before I'd see an increase in business.

Needless to say after the two months and nothing, I decided to cancel the services with Vertical ROI. This was very time consuming as you can imagine. They wouldn't return my calls, my emails or my faxes. They completely ignored any and all communications I'd attempted to send.

Then out of the blue Shane Dunn sends me a message and stated they'd work with me and credit my account and he was sorry this wasn't a good fit. He stated that the reports he'd sent me showed zeros and that my page wasn't being place first.

He then stated that he would turn this situation over to Rich Johnson who would process my credit. After a couple weeks and no communications from Rich or Shane, I called, and called and called and emailed everyone I could get an email address to at their company and finally after 2 weeks, MR RICHARD JOHNSON answered the phone and when I stated to him my name and why I was calling. He said his computer was down and he didn't have access to any info and that he'd call me back Monday..

Monday came and went and nothing. Now when I try to send emails they get returned to me. SO they've changed their emails etc.

I've contacted the BBB in Florida and Utah and they've suggested I file complaints with them directly which I'm going to do. I say Utah because Shane Dunn told me they were moving the business from Florida to Utah after the first of the year.

I've contacted the business licensing division for the State of Utah and there isn't a business in that state named PROSEO or LL Captial LLC or Vertical ROI. I was given a name and an email address to file complaints against them in the event they tried opening a business with those trade names.

Currently they are listed as a business who recently applied for a business license. The business license was obtained on October 14th, 2010 aprox 2 weeks after signing me as a client.

Vertical ROI is a trade name they are using, The real business name is LL CAPITAL LLC the business is registered to MEL P JOHNSON 395 Glen WAY #3, Miami Springs, FLORIDA 33166, they have a mailing address POBOX 39748 FT LAUDERDALE, FL 33339

I have received emails stating they'd refund my money and then they failed to follow through.

I'm going to file a formal complaint with THE BBB as directed by them. These are the names of the individuals who I've had dealings with so hopefully they'll pop up if search for.
