I purchased what I thought was a software program to repair my drivers. It was called DriverCure. What appeared to be a legit service called Safecart somehow is involved and through my own Paypal account scammed me in making recurring payments whcih I knew nothing about. The program failed to work at all. When I realized whawt had happened in my Paypal account immediately canceled the transactions and stopped recurring payment, but soon realized funds were being deducted straight from my bank account without even going through Paypay. I went to the bank today and they verified the company is taking funds directly out of my account. This is major fraud and I knew nothing about it because they make everything look completely legit and legal. They are top notch scam artists and need to be stopped.

I received a phone call from someone who represented themselves as an authorized Microsoft tech who asked questions about my computer and any problems I was having, speed, freezing, etc. They had me on the phone for at least 30 minutes, bouncing around through the system and clicking buttons, and it all seemed legitimate because he was aware of what I was experiencing. Long into this, we couldn't resolve the problem and he had me turn control over to him remotely and pulled up a screen with many, many error messages. He then turned me over to the Senior Tech, Mike, who began to take me through the same thing again and gave me a phone number to call and sign up and they would correct all my problems. I then said to him, I signed up for this six months ago and paid you $287, he said, "Oh yes, I see you are a registered customer." He repeated the phone number and I then said to him, "How do I know you are who you say you are, a rep of Microsoft?" Needless to say, that's when we were disconnected. I realize I have been scammed and another party involved is Speedmax. MY BAD. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, I caught you! I still have my problems but would love to have a contact for the real Microsoft so I could report this misrepresentation.

SafeCart is a payment processor. That is all they do but all vendors on it has auto renew thing. You must login to unsubscribe! It is a trick they use.
