On 10Nov.2010 my family and I drove my 2003 dodge ram 1500,quad cab to the Park Plaza Dodge Delearships Service Center,being I'd had made an appointment with them through their web site.My family and I arrived at Park Plaza Dodge Delealerships service center,I communicated to a Mr. Patrick Keegen about the automotive problems of my truck,vibrates at idling,vibrates at highway speeds,lack of acceleration and lack of performance.Mr. Patrick Keegen say he'll have my truck connected to an automotive diagnostic machine to determine what's wrong with my truck mechanically.So,Mr.Patrick Keegen call Enterprise Car Rental Agency to pickup my family and I,drove us to its agencys office to make arrangements to .The same day,I was at home when Mr,Patrick Keegen called and told me the diagnoistic machines results,my trucks engine was running on five cylinders,three cylinders were not operating, being my truck have an eight cylinder .Mr. Patrick Keegen said he will find out the cause of this automotive problem.The next day,during the mourning I receive a call from Mr. Patrick Keegen, from Park Plaza Dodge service center,telling me my truck needed rockers and the cost is one thousand seven hundred and thirty six dollars,so I thought about it and I told him, do the job, knowing it will bring my truck up to par.Later in the afternoon I receive a call from Mr. Patrick Keegen saying my truck is ready you can pick it up .I was delighted that Park Plaza Dodge service center had repair my truck so quickly, being it was a major repair job.My familly and I drove the rental car to Park Plaza Dodge service center,I returned the rental car , my truck,drove it home.On the way home the truck seem to perform o.k.,I was satisfied with its performance.My truck perform to my satisfation,less then a week my truck started back vibrating while idling,vibrating at highway speeds,lack of acceleration and back to the lack of good performance that I was use to.The next day my family and I drove my truck back to Park Plaza Dodge service center and told Mr.Patrick Keegen that his (s) did a lousy job on my truck and I expect them to rectifiy the problem scine I had pay all this money to get it fix and will I have to pay for another rental car?Mr. Patrick Keegen said it is possible that you will pay for it,if his (s) find somethimg else wrong withyourtruck.I question Mr.Patrick Keegen about how fast his mechanic(s) were in repairing my truck.In a short period of time my truck was ready and it was a major repair job.I ask Mr.Patrick Keegen could his mechanic(s) being so much in a rush that the mechanic(s) made some mistakes in placing the s back on the engine . Mr. Patrick Keegen said no.Mr Patrick Keegen said he'll put my truck on the automotive diagnostic machine again and go from there.A week went by and I decided to call Mr.Patrick Keegen of Park Plaza ,because I did'nt hear from him in about a week. I ask him did his mechanic(s) rectified the autmotive problem with my truck and Mr.Patrick Keegen said no'',but your trucks cylinder head is broken and in need of valve guides,the cost is four thousand six hundred dollars.I said", what a scam how come this broken cylinder head did'nt show up on the automotive diagnostic machine test when my truck was connected to your machine the first time",I said to Mr.Patrick Keegen.Mr Patrick Keegen had an answer,there is a lot of sludge in the engine causing the mechanic(s) to miss the broken cylinder head.But I don't buy that at all,either Mr. Patrick Keegen is covering for his mechanic(s) msitakes in the repair of my truck or they are running a scam on me to pay for another major repair jobthat is twice as much as the first one.With all the money I paid($1736) you would think I will receive the full or whole diagnostic test results when my truck was connected to Mr,Patrick Keegens machine the first time around.If I'd known the whole diagnostic results ,meaning the replacement of the rockers and alsothe cylinder head,then I would'nt had the first major repair done.Replacing the rockers and also replacing the broken would have been out of my price range and I would'nt had it done.Park Plaza Dodge Service Center needs to be investigated badly.Park Plaza Dodge did'nt even give me a ten percent(10%) discount on the major repairs cost, when I went through Park Plaza Delealerships web site.if you make an appointment through their web site you get ten percent off on the cost of repairs,which I did'nt receive.Eventhough I asked Mr.Patrick Keegen I'd wanted the old parts(rockers) from the major repair job Mr.Patrick Keegen says his mechanic threw it out with the garbage ,so I don't know if they fix my truck or not.Mr.Patrick Keegen kept my truck for about a week just for his mechanic to throw out my trucks engines valve covers into the garbage.He said that's the reason why he kept my truck for a week because he was waiting for new replacement valve covers.I checked the valve covers and they were not new ,all rusted,no paint on them,dented.My truck is worst now then it wasbefore I took itover to Park Plaza Dodge eventhough the truck have three cylinders not operarting.My truck stalls all the time now.I would'nt advise anybody to take their car ,truck or whatever that's on wheels and engine to PARK PLAZA DODGE ,THEY'LL STEAL YOUR MONEY,DO A LOUSY REPAIR JOB OR NO REPAIR JOB AT ALL.I would'nt advise any body totake their vehicle(s) over at PARK PLAZA DODGE, cause they're big ripoff artists.If a dog had a car I'll tell itto bypass the Scamming Park Plaza Dodge service center too..
