On December 2nd, 2010. I ordered a ''T2000 WiFi Dual SIM Standby Qwerty Keypad Touch Screen TV Java FM Quad-band Cell Phone'' from the website. It cost me 87, and it was intended to be a christmas present for my sister.

We had bad weather during christmas and originally blamed it for no delivery. However. We started to suspect something was wrong, when others items I had othered arrived, yet the phone did not arrive.

We've been in contact with 'Freya' from Lightake about the issue and they have kept saying the item was sent. I have screenshot proof that the item tracking number reveals the item has NOT even left China.

We have demanded a refund and they will not give it to us. They keep telling us to 'Wait' for it, but why should we wait any longer when the item hasn't even left China yet.

They keep making up excuses, blaming holidays, and China's Postal Services. However I have bought many items from China before, and they have ALL arrived in less than 3 weeks. We have been waiting 5 weeks now for this one item.

We recently discovered, on the website forum, that many other buyers have NOT recieved their items! This is an obvious con website and it should be taken down before they rob more innocent people of their hard-earned money!
