Life Wireless JES Distributing Scam-Fraud-Breach of Contract Murfreesboro, Tennessee |
24th of May, 2011 by User988579 |
I became a distributor for Life Wireless, dba JES Distributing. I was an Independent Contractor and my duties were to take applications from those wanting to receive the free Gov. cell phones. I was told by Jonathan Eric Saxon that I was to be paid in 45-days by direct deposit. After the 45 days all pay at this point would be thereafter pd. on a monthly basis at $3 per application if I send them in by Email or $4.00 per application if I send them, in the form of a PDF. Saxon explained the difference in pay would be, because he would not have to do anything with the PDF forms, when received. Saxon explained that if I needed to be pd. prior to that, how I would get $3.00 per application and can be pd. daily by Western Union, costing me $11.00 or he can mail me a check that I can receive in 3-days. I chose to be paid in 3-days. I sent orders in on April 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 21, and 25. Now this is a breach of their contract, when I should have been pd. 9 checks if I was to be paid in 3-days. I received only 4-checks for $57, $207, $198, and $81. About April 16, Saxon said that some of the orders I submitted was not clear or readable when I sent them in the PDF form. When I received the check for $81.00, dated April 25, I contacted Saxon to let him know that I believed the check was 20 orders short in the amount of $60.00. He said then that I had 60-bad orders, that he emailed back to me. I contacted about 5-of the applicants to ask if they received their phones and all said yes, they had received their phones. So it would appear that he sent them their phones and is refusing to pay me. On April 25, 2011, I sent in 6-orders and as of today, I have not been paid for those either. Since then, he has said that he owed me for 7-orders from that day. Now he has said that he has pd. me in full. Saxon says they are currently working in 21 States and how they will be in Kansas in 3-6 months. He said that he is looking for 25-people to work at our State Fair in Sedelia, MO from July 29-Aug. 7, 2011. So beware of this Fraudulent Scam. I will be contacting all of my local newspapers and give a heads up to those in KS to informed them of how I've been scammed. There's no telling what they'll do with the applicants or my information, because when hired, I submitted a contract, tax forms and bank information for the direct deposit and since then he has asked for this same information again, which I did not re-send. That just goes to show how careless he is with personal information. Saxon said he had an irate employee, who had just cussed him out. I bet the worker wasn't disgruntle because he was being paid on time or pd. the amount he was expecting. That should have been a red flag then. Following is a copy of the ad they placed in our local newspaper the 1st and 3rd week of April 2011. Earn great money giving away free cell phones! I'm looking for 50 people in Kansas City, MO. to begin work immediately. No experience necessary-All you need is an email address, a few minutes and you will be earning money. Don't pass this opportunity up.
