Laura Ferrazzo 2308 greenbrook pkw weddington, NC 28104, Ordered a MAC lipstick I had for sale on Amazon and shortly after she received her delivery (I always use tracking) she sent me this exact message: "Hello When I opened my lipstick order, there was no product inside the tube! Please refund the total and let me know when this is done. Thank you." I sent her this reply, I order directly from MAC and I check every order before its wrapped and I know for a fact this is not the case, she expected me to just run and give her a refund with no proof of any of this. When I questioned her she told me she had never had to return anything to amazon and very haughtily told me she would be leaving negative feedback. I did offer to authorize her a return label and upon receipt of the "empty tube" of a limited edition sold out lipstick, she refused to send it back. Why would you refuse a paid postage returned way to get your 22.00 back? I added that if the tube came back to me with the color scraped out I would not give her a full refund. I said I would send the tube back to MAC because I have all receipts and proof of my purchase. She still refused and proceeded to leave me negative feedback I told her I would be stating my case here. This is the Gods honest truth and I have copy's of all messages top prove it!
